Billing Issue

I had a billing issue with some gift cards. It created a recurring subscription each time I used a gift card. Joy Grande was able to cancel the charges on my card, cancel the subscriptions, and tell me how to stop this from happening in the future. She was very helpful.

Great Food! Great Customer Service!

I had an ex-coworker who let me eat his meal that he had forgotten in the fridge at the company last year, and it was surprisingly good. I saw an Instagram ad recently for Freshly with an introductory deal, so I decided to give it a two-week trial. After our first delivery, my son and I agree that the food quality was really good. Customer service is also top notch. Had no problems changing my order after the order-changing deadline for the subsequent week. We are planning for a 12-meal weekly subscription now, and is disappointed that we couldn't get more frequent weekly deliveries.

Excellent Customer Service

I was charged my second week and it had the same menu as the week before. I reached out and Celine was kind enough to explain how the service works a little more clear for me, how to skip a subscription, and refunded my week that I wasnt ready to receive.
