When I got this weeks meals one item was missing, replaced by a second meal of a different item #. Kenny on Freshly chat was very helpful and issued me a credit for a future order. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service

I wanted to cancel my subscription. After reading the article on how to cancel, I could not find the Settings button in order to cancel so I joined a chat session. I was sent to a "human" assistant who helped me within seconds.

Pleasantly surprised

I have ordered from a few different services and had skepticism going into my meal box. I am pleasently surprised, just put it in the microwave, and WOW, there you have your meals! I'm going to have to double my order, use these for lunch and dinner. 4 stars because there's no vegan option, I would like to see them go heavier on some of the veggies, but the taste is DEFINITELY what you're looking for and I'm loving this...
