Emergency cancellation

Had chat with CJ

He/she very nice and helpful. Had question about billing since I am waiting for the arrival of a new credit card through Barclay Bank; my former card had fraudulent activity - sigh.
So, wanting to sign up I didn't know if I could use my debit card until my replacement card arrives.

Delivery question

I contacted chat because Fed Ex gave me a delivery date that was in conflict to what was promised me. The rep that I chatted with checked, and all is in order. Fed Ex apparently made a typing error. Kenny did a great job reassuring me, and thank you Freshly for providing a real person for help on a Sunday.

Kenny saved the day!

Kenny was my on-line chat person who was able to stop a shipment from Freshly this week on the cusp of the order and payment getting finalized and he answered my questions about Thanksgiving week delivery limitations. He was fast and helpful and got the job done that was needed to work with my schedule these next two weeks. Thankful to Kenny.

Customer service and meal ratings

Very quick and to the point responses. Meal sizes were a bit small for me but delicious. Had a bad accident where I broke my leg in numerous places and am unable to work. Clarification questions.

Peter was very helpful in clearing up my questions I had about how to refrigerate the meals; whether freezer or fridge and how long the meals last. Peter also helped me learn how to skip weeks in service should I choose to. Peter responded to my questions very fast. Love the convenience!

Assistance with food shortage

I received my order today, as usual, but when I opened it there were only 4 meals, not the 6 ordered. I contacted Freshly about it and Christoper promptly reviewed the problem, issued me a credit and fully resolved the problem. He was prompt and courteous.
