I had something I needed resolved about a previous order. I hopped on the app to utilize the chat feature (super convenient). Reg responded right away and was able to solve my issue almost immediately. They were so apologetic, and made it all right.

1. I love Freshly's Chat feature. It's the quickest response time of all chat features I've used.
2. (The situation) There was a delay on the delivery service side of things. I chatted yesterday on the issue. That rep addressed my concern of food spoilage, reassuring me the food was safe for 60 hours. Today, I copied the link showing my delivery in local transit for the last 48 hours and Jay L. Took care of the issue right away. Within minutes I had a credit to be issued and a little extra credit. To top it all off, I felt like he actually cared. Fast, efficient, and friendly service.
3. The food is really delicious and I like the options.
