Good Experience

I had noticed that a meal I wanted to order wasn't available and chatted with AJ to see whether or not it was taken permanently off the menu. He was very helpful in letting me know it was just not available for the current week.

Curious about the recyclability and reusability of their packaging, today I reached out to their customer service rep and Pheter gave me a prompt, cheerful and detailed answer to my questions. He also provided me a link to information as to how to recycle these items. The company clearly takes their environmental impact seriously. This is the 3rd or 4th time I contacted Customer Service and have always had a positive experience. It would be a better place for everyone if more companies could be like Freshly.

Reg the chat dude!

I'm enjoying the meal completely. They are fresh and really tasty! 3 minutes in the microwave and it's done! I'm glad I recieve Freshly, weekly. "Reg"the chat dude was very helpful on Thanksgiving answering my questions!

Super Satisfied with Supper

I have been receiving Freshly meals for over a year and I can honestly say it has added happiness and good health to my life. And, especially now when shopping is so difficult. I can't eat gluten or MSG so Freshly is aGod send!

No Delivery

First let me say Lee was helpful and courteous. I am, however, extremely unhappy with the failure of your chosen carrier. (As in there WAS NO DELIVERY). Not a great way to impress a first time subscriber!

Our delivery team does reach out to the courier about each one for us to follow up with them. Our third party delivery partners do the best they can to deliver our orders, but mistakes can happen of course. We work tirelessly with our partners to not only better the delivery process for today, but also for tomorrow. We're happy to look into this, and see what we can do for you of course! Efficient Customer Service

AJ corrected my order quickly and efficiently. My order was changed today because 2 items lacked ingredients according to AJ so I replaced those 2 items with something else rather than the unsatisfactory auto substitutions made by Freshly.
