DJ helped me sort the mess. I was sent 5 boxes instead of 6. Was sent 2 of the wrong 2 dinners I order and missing 1 of the correct 2 I had originally placed. I was emotionally exhausted trying to describe the errors in my order. It was especially disconcerting that the box was shipped without a packing slip. It's the first of many, though. He was patient and courteous.

I had an issue where someone else's order was packed under my name and I recieved meals that do not fit my dietary accommodations. Max was extremely helping if making this situation better and right. Refund for Undelivered Shipment

Winter weather loss

Delivery was delayed a few days because of crazy winter weather. DJ took care of the loss quickly and added a credit. Logistics issues aren't your fault and either is the weather! I appreciate the ease of the app, chat and correcting issues. Thanks Freshly!
