Late deliveries

Jassy was helpful but I feel Freshly should compensate more for the inconvenience I've experienced three weeks in a row. This is out of jassy's hands and they were very helpful.

Excellent customer service

I received a text alert that my order was delivered but when I checked outside there was nothing there. I contacted customer service who looked into it and also showed it was delivered. They apologized and offered me a full refund. Very quick and efficient. Thank you.

Asking About Features

I opened up the chat with a question about a potential feature. I wanted to know if Freshly had an option to let customers set up a rotating schedule of meals they choose for every week. Customer support was very friendly and quick to attempt to answer my question. He didn't quite understand my question at first and said a few things that didn't answer my question as I typed my long clarification. I kept typing to finish my explanation, and then he understood. Sadly, the feature I asked about is not a feature Freshly currently has, but he reassured me that they take customer suggestions very seriously. I appreciated that. I hope my suggestion actually becomes a feature.

Great customer service with Celine

I called because I had several questions as I had ordered this service as a gift in another state from me and had asked another person to help as I am not as computer savvy and they had said it up in a way that I was getting the emails and not my brother, that wasn't working as I expected I just needed to be sure
I was the one being charged snd he could get the updates and do his own ordering etc, Celine was very patient with me and was able to work out my dilemma

Great customer service

I wasn't aware that an order was placed. Because I was consumed with a family emergency I forgot to skip the week. Celine was so understanding and told me she would credit me back for this order. The service call was quick and easy and Celine was so kind to do this for me.

Had a late delivery that I was unsure about, and reached out to Max to ask if the food was still safe to eat. He got me squared away with a refund for the order that was no longer edible, and a credit for my next order. He was very apologetic, and explained the situation in a thorough but easy to understand way. Great customer service that I expect from Freshly.
