Hassle free to order. I havent sent the other bikini back thats too small as im far to busy so cant comment on the customer service side

I was happy with the swim suits. The bust support was a little dissapointing, does not quite accomodate a bigger bust.

Easy ordering, great quality, delivered without delay.

Didn't realise returns are to the US. Quality of products is good though.
Had to chase for email replies.

I was pleased they got back to me quickly, but ended up having to keep the item as too expensive to return

Sadly I need to return the swimsuit, but the process is taking way too long. I fear this is intentional, to delay the return and avoid paying refund. I have contacted them 4 times asking for a return address, but so far only an offer of partial refund has been provided. I'm still waiting for return address. The time frame for returns is 30 days from delivery. This time will soon be up.

Delivery was within expected time frame. Suit is lovely.

Only have 39 days to return your items and it's taken if 3 weeks to even get an email response to start the process

Didn't fit…returned item. I wear a 10 and ordered size 10… but a 12 would have worked better.

My delivery to Australia was a little off track and the customer service was fantastic.

Everything about the order went well however, when I received the swimsuit it was not to my liking. I am in the process of returning the merchandise and re ordering something else.

Suits are cute. I never got a confirmation email or an email when my suits shipped. I had to contact customer service twice, but only got a response once. My tracking number never showed my package moving, so not sure who's side that issue is on. I was almost afraid it was a scam in the beginning.

Easy to navigate and it's great to have a size chart with measurements

No update on delivery. Purchase easy. Product feels cheap. Looks nice and fits everywhere except breast area

I am used to ordering and if I have to return its free. The swim suit I ordered was smaller than I wanted it to be. On the FreeCurvy page I ordered from said free returns within 15 days. However when I returned I had to pay return shipping.

Really like both pink and black styles. Fabric is soft.
