I used to absolutely love the app! I got friends involved with it and used it multiple times a day. I'd even cash out rewards on a weekly basis! But then offers started going down even when I would buy items in games. And then rewards I already got would be removed because a game would suddenly decide a month after the fact that they believed I cheated to earn said reward. It's pointless to clarify, but I have never cheated and wouldn't even know how to cheat on a phone game.
Talking with support is difficult. It's an AI bot that half replies to your questions and resists getting you in contact with a real person.
When FreeCash runs well, it's amazing. I really, truly enjoyed it for the first few months. Something's changed though and my goodwill towards them is gone.

Comes in handy when you need spare change for gas and extra things
I live in the UK. I have just spent weeks and weeks earning £218. I withdrew £160 on a Visa card to buy food shopping and the card doesn't even work, even at the store promised to work in the UK. I thought okay I'll get the other £40 as a Bank Transfer so it's straight to my bank and nowhere does it say you can not. Turns out you can't and it's only for US citizens. How ridiculous and useless that I spent time and money on the App and now I can't use any of it! I am furious!

I enjoy playing games on my phone, Freecash allows me to earn money for doing just that! The only thing I would say is a negative factor is the amount of time it takes to cash out what you earn. It would be nice to have it available in 7 days versus 14.
I cashed out $10. To PayPal but my PayPal email is different then my email I use for the Free cash app. I was never asked for a pay pal account number or email when I cashed out. I read all the info on the website. All the articles in the support. I even tried messaging and chat with your AI customer service and they could not help me. Just kept telling me the same thing I had already read. Which was that Tango and PayPal would email me saying my payment was ready and would ask what email for PayPal I wanted to use. That never happened. I never received an email from Tango or PayPal. I tried contacting Tango but got the same AI computer that only told me the same thing. Never giving me a reason why I had but heard from Tango or PayPal or why my payment wasn't sent. I got no help from anyone just a pre program computer telling me useless info. I waisted my time playing the games and more time talking to a computer.
I'm waiting for the rest of my awards to pay off and then I'm done using Free cash app. Why I have to wait so long to receive my payment is beyond me. No other app like this one I have used has never paid out weeks after I've finished the tasks.

I worked really hard to earn the money I did, and I had my account frozen. I did what was asked of me, MULTIPLE TIMES, and I now am blocked. Still trying to figure it out, but pretty sure they just don't want to pay out the money. Not very cool.

It is good and i Get money from it but sometimes i download apps and then they dont Connect or i take full serveys and Get nothing.
