SCREWED ME AGAIN! Only paid small awards n refuse to pay the larger ones. Thought maybe it was a fluke n gave them a second chance. Same results. Refused to pay again. Same technique. Said time expired but no time limit listed. Says 50 days. Look at Pic. Only one expired when all have 50 days. Stay with SWAGBUCKS or KASHKICK.

Started out great. My account even got upgraded at some point, new possibilities (like surveys) opened up. As I continued on to offers with higher rewards, tracking issues began out of the blue... And these were Freecash Exclusive offers, mind you, "proper" ones so to speak. Yet, customer service was so quick to dismiss/reject relevant tickets, even when presented with screen captures! Without even a chance for further correspondence! If you're curious, just know what you might be getting into.

There is too many issues with getting rewards They are earned. Constantly it says that you did not meet The requirements and you have to send in proof and they deny the proof. In addition there are many many issues with tracking and they do not have any way to fix this And they pretty much just say too bad, so sad try another game

I submitted an enquiry after playing a game and passing multiple levels, suddenly it stopped recording my progress and I did not receive my cash reward prior to it expiring. I was told I have to go through the relevant party which didn't make sense as it was a game through free cash and through the representative parties provided. This issue still has not been fixed.
I also withdrew credit through Google play which was put into AUD currency and approved. However the code was not redeemable in Australia. I emailed the representative party to discuss this issue however the emails kept failing to deliver. I have now lost over $100 between both issues and no support or resolution has been provided.
