Everything was fine when I started playing a new game. Every step of the way I was getting the reward that I earned, as soon as I earned it. Then something happened. I started noticing I wasn't even getting the 2 points each day for playing the game for 2 minutes. Then, as I approached certain levels that paid decent money, all of the sudden they magically became "expired"? It clearly stated on the game home page, that unless otherwise noted, you had 50 days to complete the tasks. I completed up to level 2000 within the 50 days which should have paid me $30 and also completed up to level 2500 within the 50 days which should have paid me an additional $60. When I opened a case with the research team, it stayed opened for 7 days, and then they closed it, without ever contacting me as to why I did not get credit for things I should have been credited for. Can never get a hold of anybody to talk to, everything is done through "chat" or whatever. I am not going to waste time on a site that does not treat consumers fairly. I honestly don't know if this is common practice on FreeCash or if this was just a one-off thing, but either way, it is dishonest and borderline a SCAM!

Overall, not too bad. Most of the time, you get the money for what you play. Sometimes, the game apps will not track your earnings.
When you try to withdraw your earning, will not happend to be dirext bank transfer, but by other means, like pre-paid cards etc.
Customer service is a nightmare! After you waste time trying to get in touch with a human assisstant, will take days to get a reply in the chat box, and usually an automatic response, not a personalised one for your specific enquiry. They ask for lots of proofs before they pay you the money.
