I downloaded freecash be used another website (super.com) offered an $80 reward to sign up for freecash, play some of their games, and make an initial withdrawal of at least 2000 pts ($2). I did all of this things, but never received the reward, and super.com informed me that I need to contact freecash because they are administering the reward program. Upon contacting freecash, they told me that I downloaded freecash using some app that I've never heard of, and, therefore, they won't pay me the $80 I earned. In other words, THEY LIED TO ME to avoid paying me. I'm a disabled veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and everyone needs to know how freecash and its associates treats disabled American Veterans. I'm going to notify the Dept. Of Defense, the U.S. Army, the Veteran's Administration, and local and national news outlets, so that they can warn all Veterans, and all Americans, to avoid doing business with freecash because freecash perpetrates fraud on unsuspecting, upstanding citizens
Your platform is not supporting the users directly, the staff have the same response: please contact the provider of the offer. Really? An wait 30 days for the offer to be disabled. 3 times in the last period I had completed the offer sent a proof to the provider and saw that in the meantime the offer was disabled. Lost time for your and the provider benefit!

If an offer doesn't credit, then as our support staff said, it's important that you contact the provider of the offer. You can do this by submitting the appropriate ticket, while following our extensive instructions within the support tab. We can send this to in the customer support chat as well.
An offer shouldn't be disabled while you are completing it. It might get disabled for future usage, but once you started it, you should get credited for it as long as you completed the required tasks within the allotted time.

As above, but i find there is lack of transparency and ownership with mostly the third party sites, in accurate confirms or putting you through same cycle of survey when prelim questions answered have been given many a time.
Freecash.com has definitely been rewarding for myself, an especially with stake withdraw bonus, it really makes it attractive.
I do wish finding a survey was more streamline at times, as well as a more professional approach from the offer companies. Over recent months they seem to be getting better, with new initiatives, I personally don't know a better survey site myself, and are happy.
