I completed a task 2 days before it expired but didn't receive the reward. Was told to wait 3 days because sometimes it takes a while. Then it expired and I still didn't get the credit.

I tried this platform so YOU don't have to. Here's everything you need to know.
Long story short: yes, you can make money, BUT the energy and time commitment far outweigh the rewards. Essentially, it's a virtual casino designed to hook you with the promise of easy money, which is not easy at all.
Here's why:
1) Too Much Personal Information Required: You can't cash out even $0.01 without submitting your personal information (including a scan of your face) to a "super secure and trusted" verification service.
2) Limited Cash Out Options: You can only cash out in specific amounts. Unless your earnings are exactly equal to one of the chashout amounts, you'll be forced to keep playing or forfeit the leftovers.
3) Cash Out Fees: There's a 5% cash out fee on real money (no gift cards).
4) Uhh, Customer Service?: There's no way to contact a human from customer service, but hey you can talk to a BOT or read one of the many not-so-helpful articles from the self-service section 👍😃👍
5) Delayed Payouts: After completing a task/deal, you have to wait 7-14 days before you can DO anything with the money.
6) Broken app: The surveys are a big waste of time. Deals progress tracker doesn't always show your progress. Some deals will register once you download the app, others won't, and don't even bother opening a ticket with support.
7) NotSoFreeCash: You're basically working for the parent company without actually getting paid enough for your time.
For the time I was using Freecash, my total earnings come to a rate of around $0.92/hour (wow not even $1/hr). I've seen positions at McDonalds that pay 10X to 20X that, which IS actually easy money in comparison.

Payouts are good and easy. Most games I like as well. Only draw back is it charges you $5 if want a bank transfer. Other than that its easy to get your money

You can earn money but not how an advert describe it. You won't be rich in a couple weeks or months, but if you need some extra for groceries or Amazon it's awesome. Downside is when get to a high rewarded task you probably run into some issues what the support try to sort out but takes time.
