Basically they can just deny everything even if you do the rewards exactly as you're supposed to. Then when you leave reviews about your experience, they copy and paste the same message about contacting them like i haven't already done that 5 times before. Then you do contact again and you get the a different copy and paste message that says they can't do anything about it and tough luck. Worst experience ever.
I was contacted about my issue and I was credited the $95.59 after a few days. I haven since needed to open cases on a few other totaling nearly $100 with no response. I am not sure what is happening behind the scenes at the moment. Freecash has been great for years, this is a very new experience. I have told many friends and family about Freecash as well, I hope they have better experiences than I have lately. I hope we are able to see the old standards return soon.

Missing many rewards I contacted customer support and without giving any reason as to why or request for anything to provide they denied my rewards and I cannot receive them now. Very upsetting!

Only tracked 1/5 games I downloaded! Never got my rewards. I tried to submit tickets and those didn't go through either. The only game that tracked had near impossible directives, unless you spent a lot of $.

The problem comes in at Support. They take too long to reply. Another problem comes in at withdrawal. They should make PayPal be available for all regions, if not, then they should let the users know in which regions those withdrawal methods are available.
This app is really Easy to use, there are so many different options to get cash back its a great app and the chat is very helpful. I build up my cash pot and then draw out the money for a rainy day.
Whenever ive tried to use the money ensuring what im trying to buy is within the amount in the card, i keep being told the information is invalid even though i have made sure evey number is correct

I decided to give Freecash a try, thinking it couldn't really work but what did I have to lose. Free Cash has good offers that track for the most part, the payout is very fast, and they have convenient payment options. I mostly ignore anything that is not Free Cash exclusive because they don't always pay and Free Cash can't help you with that. The site isn't great because sometimes Freecash exclusive offers don't track either.
I have enjoyed my time playing from the variety of titles, and the genre of games.
You can make money with this, however, it's easy to get upside down. Take care to spend wisely when trying to get a bonus.
80% of the surveys i do don't work at all. What's even worse is 80% of those that don't work waste your time until the very end to tell you that you don't qualify or are straight up scams that don't reward you anything even after you complete them.
