I couldn't be happier! I ordered 2 perfumes, quelques fleurs and bob mackie from another supplier on 5/30/14 and promised delivery date was 6/10/14. I found out on 6/10/14 after four e-mails to them that they had cancelled my order becasue they did not have one of the perfume in stock and never bothered to advise me. I placed an order with fragranceshop.com on 6/10/14 and recieved it on 6/13/14. Thank you so much - I will order again soon

I ordered 4 bottles of Davidoff Cool Water. The perfume was bad. It seemed as though it had been sitting on a shelf somewhere for years! The bottle and liquid were discolored and the smell was musky. Cool water is a fresh sweet light smelling fragrance. I called the company to return the items because of this obvious quality control issue which is the company's fault, however, they refused to provide a return shipping label. They wanted me to send photos of the bottles to prove that they were discolored and then they would consider sending a paid return label! Terrible customer service. I absolutely will NEVER purchase anything from this company again, and I suggest you all stay away to avoid a similar situation. They do not stand behind their products and have obvious quality issues.

Before ordering from this website, ensure that you read all their policies. They will not accept order cancellation when it has already been shipped. They will also not allow your items be left in front of your doorsteps, you have to make sure you are there when your order is delivered or else, you need to pick it up yourself. Once you have your order, you can cancel it by returning the items and paying the cost of shipping and handling. In case they will claim that your item was not received on their end, then you will never get your money back.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE IN THE WEST COAST AND WHO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NO TIME GOING TO THE STORE NOR POST OFFICE OR FEDEX TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER!

I placed an order for 5 bottles of perfume on a Thursday evening. They had a sale, plust the prices were incredible. The order shipped on the following Monday and arrived that Thursday (a week after placing the order). All five bottles were authentic, in sealed boxes and I am very pleased. All were designer brands that would have retailed for at least 50% more at my local department store, plus the shipping was free and I didn't have to pay tax. My experience with this online store was wonderful. I'm cofussed about all the negative reviews, unless it's a case of satisfied customers not taking the time to review this vendor. I didn't check them out before ordering and after reading all the negative reviews was worried. Turns out, I didn't need to be. Based on my experience with them, I would order again worry free.

I ordered 2 products from this seller, i was told one item was in stock, the other one unavailable, i asked for a refund, they then asked me if i wanted a refund on both items or just the one that was unavailable, i replied to them saying that i would like a refund on the one that was unavailable. I am happy to say my unavailable item was refunded in just a couple of days and my other parcel arrived a week or 2 later, considering i live in Austalia, i think this wa great service.
