They're honest, expeditious, and take great care of their products and customers before and after the transaction. I may not have been around the times my dad reminisced about claiming that every vendor went above and beyond for the sake of their image and to grow trust, but I believe I have encountered one such company now and I look forward to all interactions with them. Their service is worthy of the highest praise, even in comparison to the past. For that reason, I am certain our dealings will continue well into the future.
I got 14 fragrances. I got them fast, securely wrapped and the best part of all…INEXPENSIVE! I've bought from discounters in the past and this is now, by far, my favorite! They truly do customer service and quality products, TOP NOTCH!
Shipping and service was great. Unfortunately I did not like any of the fragrances so I will not blind buy again. Ambassador had no scent. Basically the same with Dunhill Icon and Imperia. They did not last more than a few minutes.
The experience with Frangrancebuy is perfect. However, I had problems with Fed Ex. They did not deliver the package at the times they indicated in the package tracking. I had to contact their customer service to trace the package. They sent me to the wrong distribution center. Then I had to pick up the package at another distribution center more than an hour from my house. It was a nightmare.
