Not bad service I like how for local orders they didn't send it through Canada post however it did take over a week to ship but I got them within too weeks after placing the order
Bons produits tels que decrits mais le temps que ca a pris pour recevoir mon colis etait lent. Le livreur est venu mais eu lieu de le deposer devant la porte il l a repris. Il fallait les appeler et ils nous ont dit que l on devrait signer en ligne un document pour recevoir le colis sans notre signature ca a pris encore quelques jours. DOnc les delais etaient vraiment lents.
It took about 4 business days to fulfill my order and about 1 day to receive it once shipped. I'm assuming fulfilment is usually faster but I ordered during the black Friday sale so I expected a "delay". Overall I'm very satisfied!
Where do I start. Every bill I get seems like it's wrong so I email and they send me a completely different bill than the one on my account. Which seems to be correct but it doesn't look correct on my account. I've asked them multiple times to fix this they have told me that they can't because of the platform they use which is nonsense. They finally come back with a response saying they'll do something about it but it sounded like a response from the liberal government. A lot of words on all the plans they have to deal with this but no actual plan. Then there is the ridiculous shipping times, this one was excessive it took me two weeks to get my package. I asked them what was going on because my package made it to Barrie then it went backwards to Woodbridge by Vaughn. When I asked them what was going on they told me they had reached out to Fed Ex, but I didn't get a response back for 2 full days, then I asked them again what was going on I didn't get a response for another full day. They got a hold of me about 2 hours before the package finally showed up on my doorstep with no explanation of what happened just that I would be getting my package today. Then I open my package, and even though I paid for the insurance and their deal is that you would get a niche sample and a normal sample for the insurance I got no samples in my package. The samples aren't the biggest deal but they are the icing on the cake for a terrible experience.

Love fragbuy. They have more products than any other site with the best prices. Shipping is a little slow as it comes from Canada but I'm always happy when that box comes

I purchased two items and was eligible for the black friday code. I called customer service and left a message, and I didn't receive a response. Normally I don't have any types of issues with Fragrancebuy, as I have been a customer for a while.
My order arrived missing one of the fragrances, Boss Bottled Absolu. Fragrance buy refunded the money, I would have preferred the fragrance, but it's out of stock.
Had a question about my delivery date and decided to send a message at 1 am not expecting them to answer so quickly but they did and took care of me thank you fragrancebuy
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted.
No free samples included as promised.
The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.

I discovered Fragance buy from a referral by Sébastien the perfume guy on YouTube. I've since made about 4 purchases and referred many others. The prices are good the delivery is fast and the fragrances come in original packaging always sealed. I have full confidence every time I buy I will get what I asked for. This is an update to my previous review found below. Was refunded the cost of shipping for my last order from Black Friday sales. I have been using fragrance buy for all my fragrance purchases and will continue to do so as long as they value my business and keep me loyal.
Previous review:
When order is above $99 or more, shipping discount should be applied automatically at checkout. Missed the discounts every time there was sale because the discount needs to manually applied. Not a great checkout process.
