It was nice surprise receiving first box two years ago. All was very well packed and arrived two days later although I live few kilometers from your office. Since then I had some bad experiences like leaking sprayer, opened and used tester, missing shipment and lately not so we'll packaged box. These styrofoam balls are not too good at protecting boxes. Shipping now makes me nervous as I'm not always home to pick it up from the floor in my appt building when courier comes. I will rather go to post office to pick it up than being stressed about missing shipment. Insurance never cover lost shipment fully.
5 Star exceptional experience with fragbuy. I received 1 large cologne sampler and 2 smaller testers, all 3 were sexy and dynamite scents. Shipping took less than a week (even whilst higher than normal order volumes were happening). The cologne I ordered was fresh and did not feel past expiry. I even received a tote bag, which I thought was nice, so many uses for it. For all intents and purposes, fragrancebuy.ca will now be my full-time cologne supplier

You won't find a better website to purchase fragrance from! They ship right away (Canadian purchases are shipped daily, I believe the American purchases are shipped once a week) the prices they offer are second to none. I purchase from this company at least once a month, sometimes more frequently. They have a great loyalty program and are one of the best sites for what they have to offer. If you can find it on another site, I would be willing to bet money you could find it on here, and if not they are very open to request emails for products(they once did that for me I thought that was pretty cool!) I live in NB and if I order on Friday I have my products on Monday so you can't beat the shipping speed-comparison just for the record I bought something from a fragrance website the same day and I still haven't even gotten my confirmation email yet from the other company! Great purchasing experience. Great prices, shipping was exactly as advertised, took 1 week to ship from Canada to Louisiana. One of the colognes was not great, but that isn't their fault. The reviews didn't match the cologne, and it's all subjective anyways. What one person thinks smells great might not smell great to another. No fault of Fragrancebuy. Overall great job!

I received my order earlier than I expected, and it was an event - great packaging (I've never had an online seller make any attempt like this with the beautiful, colorful box and the care with which the items were enclosed inside).
