I really liked the perfumes selection they had and the shipping was super fast, I had my perfumes after 3 days all in great condition.

I ordered 5 bottles of 4 different fragrances. The delivery was before what was initially quoted and the package was pristine when it was delivered. All fragrances were new in box with intact plastic wrap. In short everything was exactly what was promised. Thank you I will be shopping again!
I placed an order for several bottles of fragrance on Dec. 7, and I was delighted to get confirmation that my order shipped that same day and was due to be delivered on Dec. 9. Unfortunately, FedEx lost my order somehow, so I reached out to FragranceBuy to resolve the issue on Dec. 13. After a little back and forth I was offered a refund or a replacement order (on Dec. 14).
I replied immediately indicating that I would very much like a replacement since the items I had ordered were meant to be Christmas gifts. Two days went by with no reply to my email... I emailed a few more times with increasing urgency, and finally got a reply. I was told that my replacement shipment had been sent and I was provided a UPS tracking number. However, the tracking number was obviously incorrect. When I checked the progress of my order, the tracking number was for a parcel that had been delivered to Ottawa in early November. I don't live in Ottawa, and at this point the date was Dec. 17. I was now feeling that I was getting the run-around. FragranceBuy had $200 of my money, and I had no product. I filed a PayPal dispute.
This got Larry at FragranceBuy involved. I don't know who Larry is within the company, but he said he would now be dealing with my order personally. Larry reached out to say that he would ship me a replacement order immediately, but I would need to close my PayPal dispute first. For those who are familiar with PayPal, this would mean that I could no reopen the case should something else go wrong with this order. So I told Larry that I would happily close the dispute AFTER I received the replacement order. He understood, and agreed to this. He shipped out my order on Dec. 19 (with UPS, since FedEx is obviously unreliable), and I had my order by Dec. 20. Overall I am happy with the products I received, I just wish getting them hadn't been so difficult.
Smells very much like sauvage elixir. Doesn't seem to last as long, but do like the bottle design more than sauvage. Plus it is affordable. Would buy again. Shipping is fast and design of box is not overlooked by me. Very good website.

These guys are awesome. Fast shipping (i have tried three or 4 other platforms where shipping takes ages cause they post fragrances as being available while they re not and wait for you to make the order then order it for you... which has never been the case with FragranceBuy. So i trust them more and I dont order from the others anymore).
