At first I was a little hesitant on buying from the site but I googled reviews on the site and decided to give it a try. They had a fragrance I can't get in store anymore, I ordered it and got it expressed shipped a week before Christmas. With bad winter weather it still got to my place in good time. I was excited to find it was the exact same one I use to wear. I will definitely buy from them again :)
My first review mentioned how I thought I would be stuck with a fragrance I would not be able to return. However, a customer service representative reached out to me and made the return process extremely easy and was very helpful. Although I won't be blind buying anymore fragrances, when I find one I love, I will definitely consider buying from here in the future!
First time buying here and I'm very impressed got package very quick. Got Khamrah and am very happy with it. The inner packaging was a bit off (unglued) but that is on Lattafa not FB.
Due to a delay caused by bad weather conditions and holiday season, I got my package delivered and refund for shipping costs.

The perfumes I received in the past are amazing and truly very pleased with them...packaging etc. But the delivery is SUPER slow. I still have not received a package which was ordered 1 month ago.
