I received my bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood and it was literally empty. There is no liquid in the bottle and I was extremely shocked and un satisfied with my first purchase from fragrancebuy. It was a very large and expensive purchase I made with you guys and for the bottle to be empty is for lack of better words ridiculous. I don't understand how a brand new cologne in its original packaging comes empty. I would need a refund immediately.

Honestly an overall great experience. I was a first time buyer on boxing day because I saw they had some pretty solid deals so I thought I would give it a shot. Shipping was extremely fast and deals were very fair based on others I could find. Definitely will order again.

My last order was a very sizeable one.
I was disappointed to learn that the courier did not call downstairs to get buzzed in & did not knock on the door to alert us. In addition to this, he fake signed the label himself instead of making sure that we signed & took a picture as proof of receipt, leaving it in front of the apartment door. I paid extra for insurance & did not expect such bad service from the courier, my order before this was better. Please look into this, I bought 10 bottles of expensive perfume that could have been stolen!
