The perfumes arrived early. I look forward to the samples I get to inspire my next purchase. It helps that I don't need to go in store to sample perfumes. I didn't get any samples in this box.
I bought 5 frangrances from Frangrancebuy in 1 month. For now i've only tried 1 of them and it doesnt long at all... It's a Montblanc Legend 100ml bottle. Im scared that the products are not genuine... hoping that im wrong...

I would rate 5 stars BUT...In the beginning you guys were good on getting back to me on inquiries and it started to drop off where I wasn't receiving responses at all. That's the reason for the 4 stars. Also, it takes a while to replenish out of stock items. Shipping is pretty fast for being in Canada.
Good prices and selection, easy to navigate through their website. Slow shipping process at a high cost. If the overall time for an order would take 3 business days to deliver in the US it would justify the price charged for shipping.

This is the second time my order has been sent to the wrong address and that ive had to go out of my way to get.
The first time was understandable but the second time, in good faith, i contacted you after receiving my refund despite having also received the package afterwards.
All im asking is for your good faith and professionalism in return. After making these continous mistakes, you then expect me to return it to fix your own mistakes which i would happily oblige had you at least offered some sort of apology outside of the lazy and easy apology message. It is a shame that this is all you have to offer for the inconvenience youve caused to a loyal customer.
