I wasn't thrilled regarding some of the quality of certain brand items I had received and after being in contact with a customer care representative from fragrancebuy they really have done a fantastic job to assist in a return process that was made easy by them and their customer care support. My experience with them regarding this has been on par with companies like Costco. I have not ever experienced this type of quality support from other online perfume sites I have purchased from if an issue had arisen. This experience has really caused me to feel fragrancebuy does care and treats their customers appropriately and fairly. Even tho I'm here in the united states they have made processing the return simple and easy without any hassle. It's good to know that they stand behind their customer appreciation and guarantees. This is also a rare occurence considering I am extremely pleased with my many existing previous purchases from fragrancebuy. There spray program is a nice edition especially if you're a hobbyist purchasing fragrances on a regular basis. Thumbs up to Fragrancebuy!
Had a few things in my cart and upon checkout they went out of stock which wouldn't bother me other than it was a limit of 5 which is absolutely rediculous it should be limited to 1 or 2 per customer. I really dislike that fragrancebuy allows such a high limit for a fragrance and it sells out in 2 days. Anyone buying a limit of 5 is likely selling them on ebay for more money. Also got a couple items that are performing so weak that I think they're something wrong with the batches possibly cause they're so weak. I would return them if I could. Probably 3 items out of the 16 I bought. Every other item seems to be great tho.
I had always been skeptical about buying from here but after I read a few reviews and compared their prices I decided to place an order. Besides the fact that I got the best value here in terms of prices, the service was super fast. I placed my order on Oct 5 the Thursday just before Thanksgiving weekend and by Tuesday, Oct 10 right after the Thanksgiving holiday my package was delivered with all my items intact. All products came sealed and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be placing more orders and also introducing my friends and family.
