My package was tampered with and one perfume was missing. I have sent emails with pictures multiple times and called your toll fee number multiple times and left messages. Responses are very poor. I can't seem to get a concrete answer on what is happening. It's clear that my package was opened and then re-taped with clear packing tape. I am looking for the stolen perfume to be replaced and would appreciate a response back from someone ASAP.
EDIT: after posting this message I did get my issue resolved. Thank you to FragranceBuy for finally resolving the issue.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It's impossible to reach anyone over the phone, emails are not answered it takes 5 emails to get one back, if any. I had issues with receiving my package, I basically didn't get it although they sent me photos of the package being delivered moments later when I arrived at my door there wasn't anything. I submitted a stolen package form to receive a refund or even just have the products sent again, but no one has been getting back to me. If anything goes wrong with your orders they will claim they're "'not liable" instead of doing anything to help. Do not order from here! I paid $495 for perfumes I didn't receive!
