I sent an email asking about my order which I havent heard anything about in over a week but instead I got this. I certainly understand black Friday delays but it's been over a week which is a long time for you guys so I got a but anxious. Instead I got this. I used to work in IT and I understand automation, but surely you could have disabled this knowing you were going to be backed up because of black Friday. Heck, I still haven't heard anything about my order either and it has been 8 days.
I can usually find what I'm seeking at Fragrancebuy. Shipping is prompt and most important, prices are good.
I can always depend on Fragrancebuy to have the most popular fragrances and it's my first stop when looking 100% guaranteed authentic fragrances.

The products I ordered were received in good order and packaged nicely. No damages in transit. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the shipping. I live in an apartment building and there has been items stolen in the past. I try my best to be home when I'm expecting orders, and that all depends on tracking. The tracking for my order was poorly executed. It let me know when it was shipped, when it arrived at the sorting facility, and when it's out for delivery. Other than that, there are no updates. My next purchase, I'll pay for Canada Post since it's placed in a locked box for pickup and won't just be left anywhere depending on the delivery service.

I've been buying from FragranceBuy Canada for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems. I usually buy hard to find fragrances from them since I can't get ahold of some here in the US.
The products were shipped promptly and packaged in a sturdy decorative box.
When I ordered I usually use the Shop app to track my orders but the tracking id was kind of separated from my order. The delivery guy ended up switching my package with the neighbors. And one of my fragrances came assembled with cheap glue so it was kind of falling apart.
Delivery took around a week but besides that the prices are really good and from what I can tell the fragrances are authentic and smell great. The packaging was also very nice and secure
Ordered a bottle of Dior homme Parfum, got notified throughout the entire shipping and delivery process of where and what was happening with my delivery. Took only 2 days to receive my package with standard shipping which is amazing. Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely be buying from here again.
