I would rate my experience five stars! I received my first order last week on time and in good condition. I am very happy with the surface selection and price provided by fragrancebuy. It's great to deal with a Canadian company and not have to worry about Exchange or order delays. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family if they were purchasing fragrances. I have enjoyed my experience with them so far. Communication has been great. They don't blow up my inbox with a bunch of useless emails. I also enjoy the fact that the price is the price and I don't have to hunt for discount codes. I am looking forward to ordering more from them. I am specially interested in trying their own fomo fragrances Heard lots of good things about them.

Found the fragrance I was looking for at a fraction of its normal cost. The item also shipped quickly and arrived at my door so well packaged! The box was easy to open, there was a great amount of stuffing and peanuts. I was extremely expressed with everything and plan on making more purchases in the future.
This time I ended up placing a huge order because of the Black Friday temptation and I actually had two separate orders. And when I received them, it all came in a huge box and I was expecting to see two separate poxes but I realized that FragBuy put them all in one box as I would do the same. Great thinking and great service! So I didn't have to wait twice but all at once and I felt like my Santa arrived earlier this year. I had 3 separate orders in the last month, total of 16 pieces and with the very last delivery, only 1 piece arrived with a damaged product, so unfortunately. I think it was more of a manufacturer's packing issue and possibly the handling issue in between the warehouse of manufacturer and the distributer or in between the distributer and UPS employees. The one with the damaged item is in a very insecure package within its own box, basically it was shaken all around inside when the metal piece of bird sculpture on top of the cap is obviously needed a secure protection inside the box but I was surprised there was no single material to protect this metal cap with the bird which now it's completely broken off in two pieces. Although I don't think it's entirely FragranceBuy's problem, they should probably take an extra measure to avoid this kind of unnecessary issues with the original packaging, like recent on going issues with the clear plastic dome containers that have been damaged from Lattafa's Pride collections, I'm wondering if FragranceBuy can possibly add manually an enhanced extra protection on each one of these extremely fragile products. I understand, this means it's an extensive and extra work and effort for the employees but on the brighter side, you could prevent from any future damaged products and saving more cost and time in the bigger spectrum. So this one item out of 16 pieces was the only one that has arrived broken so although it might not reflect FragranceBuy's service, it was almost a perfect experience for me this time. I also would like to include in here that the response to my question on email was very quick and very helpful. (Thanks to Larry) So I am still a very satisfied customer overall since I have been with FragranceBuy since 2019. Thank you!
