I still haven't received my fragrance which was a Christmas gift.
Overall the experience wasn't bad, but I was surprised by the amount of time it took to actually process my order prior to shipping.
I have ordered here multiple times and have always been very satisfied. One order had a broken cap and I reached out to them for compensation or replacing. They were able to fulfill what I wanted in return and more. Thank you for giving exceptional customer service! Will order again!
