Their service is fantastic and they understand how to find a resolution the right way. The thing I love about this company is that they stay in communication until the issue is fixed.

I love Fragrancebuy. I've bought hundreds of fragrances from this site and I am very happy with the quick service and I had great customer service over a faulty bottle of Boss Bottled Oud Aromatic a week ago. However, Fedex is a terrible carrier. The boxes
Go through serious abuse. I ordered Ababian Oud Rasala and it arrived with the feather broken off from the cap. It was a 150 dollar niche fragrance. I realize that the design is dainty and the juice is what matters. But ultimately it is Fedex and their amateur handlers that put orders at risk which all contributes to rising prices. So I'll just do my best to repair the cap. I'll keep buying- but I won't be buying niche from Fragrancebuy unless the bottle design is solid or they use a better carrier. Thanks Fragranebuy. Here's to much success in 2024!
