I have been ordering from fragrancebuy.ca consistently for 3 years. Every order deserves 5 stars and lemme break it down for you:

Pros:
- Undoubtedly authentic. Every bottle arrives in one piece and the presentation is great.
- Fantastic packaging. Lots of packing peanuts and a rigid box that is easy to open and comes with samples now.
- Competitive pricing. Almost every fragrance I search for on other websites just doesn't have as good as a price as fragrancebuy.ca has. And TBH when I do find a better price somewhere else, I know I can order off here with confidence given its packaging and quick shipping.
- Rewards program. I am at the "Eau Addict" tier which means 3x the points. 100 pts gets me free shipping and 500pts gets me 10% off, I have purchased enough fragrances to even get some $50 gift cards as well.
- Their inventory gets back in stock often it seems, sometimes it takes a while but if the fragrance isn't discontinued then it comes back in stock fairly quick

Cons:
- The fragrance samples they send are hit or miss. Sometimes it's a popular niche sample, other times it's a cheaper scent that they keep resending samples of on the next order. I assume they are just trying to get rid of some unwanted samples sometimes.
- With their competitive pricing, often I find desired fragrances to be out of stock. I'm not sure if their website is just super popular or they don't have much stock of many fragrances so maybe this isn't really a con as they may not have control of how much they can find.

One more thing, I do wish their website could filter some things better. Maybe even have a section of only discontinued fragrances. Also sometimes fragrance descriptions will say "Tester bottle (with cap)" which means the cap is included. Some bottles I have ordered will only say "Tester bottle" but will still come with the cap so I wish they could update their product descriptions a bit. But I guess that is a pro sometimes lmao.

That is about it tbh. Fantastic and this website deserves 5 stars.

I am always so impressed with the impeccable service at Fragrance Buy. I would have never thought my order placed on December 21st would arrive on December 23rd! They must have been working around the clock to ensure their customers receive their Christmas orders, and it is greatly appreciated. I tell everyone about Fragrance Buy, their wide variety of products, amazing prices, and stellar customer service. Can't wait to place my next order!

I think its been close to 3 week now and still no dilivery. UPS has failed on so many levels. During our snow storm they said my package is out for dilivery (their centre is 10min from my home that was on the 17th of Jan). The same day I also ordered something from amazon and my order was delivered the next day. Now it's almost the 23rd of Jan and still no delivery... The Incompitance of this UPS company is pathetic. I will be telling this suplier if they don't change their shipping company soon I will NOT be ordering from them any more...

So I decided to blind buy a bottle of Armaf club de nuit oud and sadly I did not enjoy the fragrance at all. At first I was super excited with this stunning presentation from Armaf and I went ahead and unboxed the perfume and straight ahead sprayed it on my arm. I was overwhelmed by the scent and did not like it at all. Instant headache. Then came the saddest part... I was going to take some pictures of the thing and that's when I noticed that my bottle's chain ornament was broken. I was really disappointed and sad because even tho I don't like the fragrance, I won't be able to keep that bottle on display in my collection and will have to sell it.
The saddest part is I only noticed the broken chain after I tried the perfume... Otherwise I would've returned... Initially I though I broke it but I unboxed on video and it was broken inside the presentation box.
I've bought from fragrancebuy before and they're packaging is always perfect and secure. So this defect had to be from factory unless the original box was opened before shipping but I didn't even check for finger prints as I was filming the unboxing.

I have ordered from FragranceBuy before so this is my go to place to buy MY favorite perfume, and gives me a chance to try new ones. They have an extensive choice of products, and if you want to try a product, some are testers which means they are some what cheaper than paying full price. My favorite fragrance " Red Door" never disappoints me, been wearing it for years. I also tried a couple of new ones, Elizabeth Arden "White Tea" and " Elizabeth Arden "Provocative" ( which is what I have been wearing the last couple of days and it's absolutely amazing. I paid for the total pkg protection.99, and have no problem paying that for a little more protection. I didn't pay it before and items arrived safe and sound. Bottom line if you're hesitant about buying fragrance online from here, don't be. Thank you Fragrancebuy for having such an amazing collection, and thank you for carrying my favorite Red Door.

I bought hacivat from nishane, it came in under a week and it's perfect. 100% legit (i work in a store that sells them i'd know), it was for a gift and the team made my order priority so that i get it asap. Super thankful will order again!
