Had issues with the bottle I had receive, Fragrance by is so quick to fix the issue. Two thumbs up for the amazing service.
The juice is good, exactly what I expected. Performance could be slightly better but for the price it's great. The only negative point is that it is leaking. It's really unfortunate. First time buying a fragrance on the site where it does that to me.as usual they have an amazing customer service to take care of clients. Thumbs up!

Every time I have purchased from your company it has been an amazing experience. As I've become a serious fan of colognes you have helped me grow everything and that continues with this last purchase of Tom ford oud wood. However, this time I received a bottle that was from almost 4 years ago as it's batch code had stated. No issue as of now with the fragrance smelling wonderful still, but could become one of the fragrance quality deteriorates/Expires with a average 5 -10 year life span. I don't think it will be a issue but if it does I just wanted to to have some sort of awareness brought to you guys beforehand. I look forward to continuing to buy more products from you and telling family and friends who the go to company is for buying your favourite colognes and perfumes!
Great experience! Everything arrived as described and it is all legit.
My order arrived in a sealed shipping box. Inside had a good amount of pscking foam to protect everything and nothing was damaged in shipping. We all know how much delivery drivers care about other people things.

I am and always have been satisfied with the products that I have purchased from FragranceBuy, "Especially" as long as their prices continue to beat out their competitors (by such a decent margin).
The only down side is, I feel forced to purchase "5" items before I get free S & H; Unlike their competitors, some who do it for anything over $59 which is easier to come by for the average person who's working & saving up before they can get what they want.
Also, while your saving up, the product that you actually wanted & saving up for gets sold out (over & over again) so you kinda-sorta are forced to get something else to get to the minimum 5 items, to avoid paying S & H.
Lastly, the one & only time I contacted Customer Service they got back to me immediately with a broader & very simple and informative explanation which was pleasantly surprising!
