I bought Afnan Turathi blue and, first of all, the price was amazing. Also, the shipping was super fast and I loved the packaging for the fragrance. It was a nice looking box with protection inside to protect the fragrance. Overall super great experience and I will buy from FragranceBuy again for sure!
I have placed over 12 different orders with Fragrance Buy and they are amazing with shipping my orders in a timely manner, all the boxes are packaged extremely snugged so there is no possibility of damaging, I have never received and damaged bottles, there prices are extremely competitive and if I have an issue they respond quickly to my emails. I would definitely recommend Fragrance Buy to others and look forward to continuing shopping with them in the near future!
It has a good collection of fragrances, however, I am not able to see latest trending collections especially middle eastern clones. Most trending clones are available in US based discounter sites which is difficult to get by in Canada, need improvement in getting those clones available for Canadians. Also, some fragrances are sold out within 1-2 days and takes a while to restock. Overall a great site to buy fragrances at discounted rates but need improvement in terms of inventory.
I was looking for a fragrance for my wife that had been dropped by retail store. Luckily I found it on Fragrance Buy! I was able to find what I was looking for and the ordering was very easy. My order arrived very quickly and was correct. I will likely use Fragrance Buy again because it is easier to find what I'm looking for on line, than driving around from store to store and coming out empty handed.

The actual items I ordered arrived in great condition, so no problem with those. However, I was disappointed to find that the samples that were missed in one of my previous orders that were supposed to be added to this one did not make it into this latest package. I know they're just a few samples, but I received confirmation from the help email that they would be added to the order.
Edit: The fragrancebuy help team did reach out to me and they kindly refunded my shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill as well as offered me the samples on my next order. Many companies have minor misses like these, but the team at fragrancebuy seem to know how to get them resolved!

Horrible! This is the 2nd time I've had issues with no help from FB. The 1st time the package was delivered to the wrong address and they gave me the run around. The 2nd time I ordered 2 fragrances and only received 1. According to FB their surveillance cameras show both fragrances were placed in the box. The missing fragrance must have fell out of a sealed box. They wanted me to send them a picture of the box. For what? FB will never get another dime from me!
