I smell things in store, look up notes online and immediately hop over to Fragrancebuy when I'm buying a fragrance. Every item I've gotten is legitimate and not fake, shipped with care (and almost always SO quickly, and pretty much always a fraction of the retail price. If you buy/collect fragrances, or even just have 1 or 2 that you like to have on hand, I would never recommend buying anywhere else but here, and that's the honest truth. I've promoted Fragrancebuy to everyone I know, on every social media platform I have.

Still great prices that they're slowly raising but only in the hyped fragrances, things are mostly always out of stock, notification system is not truly notifying you because its first come basis, and they're no longer including fragrance samples when purchasing green care insurance. Still the best for majority of products but the angle at which they're declining is making me worry. Soon they'll just be like the other guys.

My bottle arrived and the glass portion of the pump was snapped clean off, perfume saturated the entire box. I messaged the customer service email and heard absolutely nothing. Never again

Made 2 separate orders one for my wife and one for myself and they showed up within 6 days together which was pretty cool. Box came with plenty of packing peanuts to protect my orders as well as the packaging for the fragrances came in great shape. Will order again

I'm constantly coming back to buy these fragrances because there's nothing like this out there. I have pretty good collection of fragrances. I understand that the price is a little steep but you have to take in consideration, the quality of the product you're getting. The website is so easy to use, I've had to email for help and I get a response quickly and always with a resolution. Fragrance One will keep getting my money because the products do not miss!

Very simple really and thank God for that as I am not a technical person. Found what I like easily plus a bonus sale on Cuban. Made my order and received confirmation by email and a tracking code which I find myself checking daily. Not much to do being retired. Followed the order daily and received it when they estimated it's arrival. Excellent packaging as always and my wife gives me hell for not wanting to throw the boxes away. Lol...great work guys.

Item arrived and was defective. The return process was also a joke. I was sick of spending time trying to correct the issue so lesson learned. Was excited for my first order and it was a total fail. An offer of a $20 gift card to correct the issue and keep the defective item. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I will stick with other sellers.
