Forever21 does not have the best looking items. Most items are not too expensive and affordable but very unattractive. They have very disrespectful employees that are harsh and rude. Their return policy is unreasonable. I used to think Forever21 was a great place to shop. If you'd like to shop at Forever21 make sure whatever you purchase, you really like or make sure you can return the item within 30 days because they have a strict and unreasonable return policy. They need to have more attractive clothes that are appropriate. Forever21, overall, is a bad place. Out of five stars, I would give them a 1.

Forever 21 really need to get themselves together their policies are not fair and you spend a lot of money in that store if you pick up an outfit and you can't fit it they'll tell you it's your problem I've never heard anything so ludicrous in a mall store

I love the experience of the store, and spending time trying out each outfit but the pricing (I've noticed) isn't the same when shopping online, regardless if it's the same item or not. Common sense, but why would you buy from the store if it's cheaper online? Free shipping would be nice!

So I am not a big shopper for female clothing, so Forever21 is usually my default place online to shop for something because I know that whatever I buy, my girlfriend will love! The only thing is that the material isn't the best quality sometimes, but that's pretty normal with places like Forever21 and FashionNova.

I paid for express shipping which is 2-3 shipping days, but with July 4th it should arrive only one day late than expected. And I am fine with that. But tracking said that it would arrive on the 11th. That is very LATE. I called customer services and they said that they couldn't do anything about it and just kept apologizing. Why did I pay $13 for express shipping then, when free standard shipping was to arrive at the same time? I paid extra money for express shipping for a reason. By the time it comes i won't be home and won't need the products no more.

Our inner wear shapes are visible due to thin fabric, earlier it wasn't such.
Soft fabrics in cotton, georgette will do but not hosiery or synthetic ones which are not sweat absorbent.
Forever 21 was my one of the favourite brands all these years before lockdown, since then the production has totally changed due to cost cutting policy. See it to and I'm sure you will capture the market of teenagers in the entire industry.
New and pleasant shades are highly appreciated with a basic or a new style. Thankyou!

I'm feeling so bad to be writing this message, cause forever 21 used to be my favorite clothes store. I never had idea how bad the costumer service are until see this page. So, I bought online for the first (and last) time and than I supposed receive my order at the correct time, but the fact is that I never received my package, just the email. So I contact them and I need try to find a solution by myself calling the company they contract to deliver, that company was very nice and gave me all the support with a investigation, so in the end they were unable to find my package and told me to figure out with forever 21. So I asked my money back, they need fix it with me cause I bought from them, is not my problem how they gonna do to deliver to me. So I was certain that I'll have this situation fixed but they just did NOTHING, after million arguments they said that I need contact fedex etc and they were not responsible. My heart got broken with this terrible absurd, I felt robbed and after that is unacceptable for my virtue to keep shopping from them, online or store. Never imagine to be so dissatisfied and treated like insignificant for my favorite company (ex now). Be careful, FOREVER 21 is a big joke, don't lose your money, NEVER BUY ONLINE AND BE EXTRA CAREFUL IN THE STORE, ANY PROBLEM YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A SUPPORT FROM THEM CAUSE THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. DONT LET THEM STEAL YOU

I have never had a problem with forever 21 until about three months ago. I order 55 dollars worth of clothes that I never received. I spent a month going in circles with them and the carrier only for them to say that it was lost. After a 10 day waiting period to receive the proper paperwork for a refund and sending it back it has been another month (May 21st) stating that I would receive my full refund in 8 to 10 business days and it could take up to two billing cycles to see it. It is now June 20 and I have yet to see in enter my bank account. So I called the customer service line and all they had to say was "it was posted on into your account on May 21st". But I told them that the email stated 8 to 10 days. And she replied with "I'm sorry it says here it was already posted to your account. I can send over the right paperwork for you to send to your bank so they can investigate it for you but there isn't anything else I can do." So now I don't even get my money back because they want to run you around in a circle and keep all the money. This is pathetic and wrong. If you aren't going to refund someone's money then don't tell them you will and make them go through the long process of trying to get it back just to be lied to at the end of it. I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know and then some not to shop here as well. It is the worst customer Serrano worst business on the planet.

First I put in an order and the discount was applied, processed payment and the discount wast applied... I called and asked for a credit for my card and they said I could only cancel and re order... I explained that 5 of the 14 items I ordered were no longer available... and they were very rude and said there's nothing they could do... So I cancel my order

I re order and the same problem happens, when I click to put my card info in the promo removes it self from the order... I call to tell them its not working... They say on their end its working and again are rude... I try on my lap top, phone, apple tv... same thing... then am told its because the offer is only in US... Which I asked why am I being emailed with the promo... I then try an hour later and it works...

Cut to tracking my order now, the info not available... I call and they say there was an issue and the item cant be tracked... I review a bunch of reviews and this seems to happen all the time that people wait up to 6 weeks to get their items... Where I was told 2-10 days. Now its untraceable and I have dresses for bridesmaids that may not be here in time so I have to purchase them some where else in the off chance they don't arrive...

All and all the biggest headache and most unorganized place I have ever had to deal with.

I'm going to echo everyone else's sentiments, they are just awful at customer service and their products have really gone down hill. Several years ago when Forever 21 first opened up in my city you could get reasonably cute products that would last for one or two seasons. I just bought two dresses, the Smocked Yellow Dress and The Split Maxi Dress, ordered online, I received the Split Maxi with a large stain on the hem. Both dress are so cheap they're terribly see through, the hem on the smocked dress is five inches too long, the Split Maxi started to pill after the first wear. I can't say any of this on the site because they refuse to post my reviews even though they're perfectly fair and honest and only about the product, it's like they don't want anyone to know if something is wrong which is so dishonest and shady. I contacted them about the stain and because I had removed the tags they jumped on that and said the exchange was void, but I noticed something disturbing, they casually mentioned that they don't accept returns on damaged items - they sent me an item that was damaged by them. I hesitate to think the many women and girls who've ended up with damaged goods because they bought online and we're just told to deal with it. I can't fathom why a company that makes money hand over fist can't even give refunds or discounts, like other stores in its field. Any time you try to contact them about a technical problem (like the submit button not working), no matter how detailed, they respond asking for an error code, which is painfully stupid because I never get error codes, I told them where to go and what to do, and they refuse to do anything unless I give them an error code. I'm not a freaking programmer, why can't the people do their own job, open up the developer tools and look for themselves, and fix their damn website?! Please boycott this store and spend your hard earned cash on a reputable brand so you can have clothes to wear that last more than two days, better customer support, and in doing so help perpetuate a brand that DESERVES to succeed.
I've included photos to demonstrate the damage and how terribly see through these dresses are.

I almost always get DEFECTIVE items, which they never ever own up to! This time i'm pissed! Odered a pair of shoes and they broke, INSTANLY! Spoke to a few representatives, one (Angelica) who says she put me on hold, but she muted my call never got back to me. And another, Erwin, who at least sent m to a managers #, but they never answered, I waited more than the 20 minutes you see in the picture...
NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a jacket on sale one and a half month ago. The delivery attempt failed from their side and it returned to their warehouse, I received an email from Canada post that they received it. Ever since then, I literally call them every 2 days for 40 days now trying to get a refund!
I haven't received my money yet!

Forever 21, many people are sick and tired of you ignoring us! Forever 21 kills many innocent lives. Not only is that vile but, the clothes are terrible quality! Forever 21, haven't you noticed you've been losing so many customers lately?! Haven't you noticed how terrible your reviews are?! Thats because they know your terrible practices of murdering living things with heartbeats! If you like the style of Forever 21 and want a better quality and cruelty free alternative, go to H&M! Do NOT shop at Forever 21 ever again. You're getting ripped off and you have a dead animal on your conscience!

I purchased a pair of tights online from Forever 21 and after wearing them for only a couple of hours they started falling apart at the seam. I emailed customer service about getting a new pair or refund and they basically told me I'm out of luck. I spent over $350 with them on my latest purchase and after this, I will never again.

I bought a e-gift card for my sister for graduation and they did not send a claim code with the email. I called and they would not give me a claim code because I used my husbands card and since I was not HIM they would not give it to me. I asked for the email to be resent with the claim number and they said it would take 24 hours. There is a 50 percent off sale going on which she would now miss because it would take 24 HOURS TO SEND AN EMAIL! She did not offer me anything else but 10% off her order even though this a obviously a system error. Livid is not even a word that describes how I feel right now. I had all the information and just needed them to give me a 4 digit number. I will never buy anything from this establishment ever again.

I bought a bathing suit online which I wanted to return after it didn't fit right. A confirmation email was supposed to be sent to me after I purchased the item but was never even sent. I had all the tags and order information but Forever 21 would not let me exchange it just because I didn't receive an email I was supposed to receive. Sooo I talked to the manager and she gave me a wrong phone number for employees only. After that I got another phone number that didn't allow me to talk to anyone. Then I called another phone number and that number didn't work. On my 4th try calling I finally got someone to help me so i asked if they could tell me the email I used when I ordered to which they told me and it was my freakin correct email but like I said, I never received a confirmation email. Now I lost $50 all because they didnt send an email to me even though I put my information in correctly when purchasing. DO NOT BUY THEY STEEL MONEY

I only wish I had come here to read the reviews first! Huge mistake ordering from these people! First of all you're lucky if you get your order - it takes up to a month to deliver. Second, don't expect a refund. Not only do they charge you for returning the item, but they charge the shipping to your SUBTOTAL! I received $24.80 refund from a $56 order! I tried to fight it and got nowhere! I will NEVER deal with these people again. What comes around goes around! Someone, is eventually going to close you down and prevent you from taking advantage of the public! BUYER BEWARE!!

The worst experience ever I've contacted customer service twice and it says you'll receive a response within 24 hours and I haven't received any what so ever. It also says it takes 1 business day to show tracking and I still can't see my tracking. This is the worst service ever. I will not be ordering again.

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I have been hung up on by 6 different customer service representatives, I have been asking for a manager for over 2.5 hours and they have been busy online, I've been told that the representatives have other customers so I can not wait to chat with a manger, I have also been told the manager will tell me the same thing the representative just told me, I was also told that the period for "expected shipping" goes for 3 more days so I should contact them back on Saturday. I called the store and they told me it wont be there until next week. Worst experience ever!
