Order a dress right before Christmas. Received it without any packaging slips or anything just a dress in a bag. Tired to take it back to a few stores in the area but they would not accept it. Call customer service and was told that it is an online item online and cannot be returned to their stores only through the mail. So now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't even wear. Forever21 is going out of business so do not order from them online because they are refusing to take items back. Only shop in stores after you have tried them on. Bad customers service ever and the return policy is horrendous. Do your shopping elsewhere, there's a reason thry filed bankruptcy.
Absolute WORST company you can buy from! Shipping is supposedly within 24 hours (according to their website, their words) but it took more than 9 days to process my order. Then, they defaulted to an old shipping address on file from 2 years ago! I called them to correct the problem before it actually shipped, and got a busy line 6 times when calling. Finally got through to the automated line and was given an option to hold for 40 minutes or get a call back. I left my number for a call back and no one ever called. Waited 30 minutes on hold, and line was dropped. Waited another 45 minutes on hold only to be told that they were not liable for any shipping errors and could not help at all. I will never shop from them again. Everyone who reads this: be warned! You can expect 2-3 weeks of shipping delays on all orders, and the absolute worst customer service of any retail store period. F21, you lost a customer today. Get your act together and stop making lame excuses for being inadequate.
Ordered on Cyber Monday & still haven't received any kind of update on my order aside from a lame 20% off coupon. I'm not going to use a 20% off coupon knowing full well after this stunt that I'm never going to get my items. The customer chat online makes you wait in a queue of 200+ people and then when you're just about to be the next customer, the chat closes. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get a customer service rep, and all of my emails have gone unanswered. I don't even need the items I ordered anymore, the event that I ordered them for is over. The excuse about "overwhelming orders" for Black Friday is just that, an excuse. It's a big load of BS & I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER order anything from here again. I've been a true F21 customer for over ten years and I've never experienced a situation like this before. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. In the meantime, F21 should do itself a favor and stop posting about upcoming collabs and other things on their social media. It's such a bad look and business model to completely disregard this huge issue and continue to ignore it while posting unrelated marketing campaigns on the internet. Embarrassing & I hope they never recover from bankruptcy & are put out of business forever.
Worst customer service ever I called emailed never got a response paid for fast shipping arrived 2 weeks later
I'm really upset that I spent $32 and put in my information correctly but yet when I checked the email that said my order had arrived, it arrived at my old address. (I have just moved) it's really annoying because now I can't get my stuff back because of a mistake forever 21 made and I lost $32. Very upset and not going to shop online at forever 21 ever again.
While you can really find some great deals here you will not find great customer service. In fact it is absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You will receive a generic response but no resolution to your problem.
My order is missing, I've contacted customer service 3 times about the issue (one email still remains unanswered), they are sending me a form to fill out. No information on when I can expect a refund. I asked for a replacement order (so I can get the items I ordered at the same price and I don't have to pay for shipping), which is a standard practice for many companies, and was told I needed to call and talk to a manager. So I will have to waste even more time on it. Overall rating for customer service would be zero if possible.
Now that I see how many people have missing orders I am never ordering from them again, it's just not worth the gamble.
So my daughter purchased items that was never delivered. First she did not get tracking information, package was to be delivered with a signature. Filed a claim, representative assured me an investigation will be done and with 8-10 business days a full refund. I called after 14 business days, I was told another investigation needs to be done, because they hav not heard from the carrier, which is Fedex, do understand what that has to do with me the customer. Now I was told I Amy have to wait another 8-10 business days and then if no response from fedex they will have to send to upper management to decide whether or not the customer should receive a refund for a purchase they did not receive,? Poor LUDACROUS

Well, I purchased a pair of shoes. First no one is on the floor to help you like most stores. Not only that they lied and said they didn't have the shoe and I found this $#*! myself then I went to go purchase the shoes the security tag was held on by the price tag she took the security tag off I purchased the shoes asked if I would have a problem returning them I use my credit card she said no I wouldn't have a problem I said will can you hold them instead she said she could only hold them to the end of the day I said OK well I'll just purchase them but if I don't want them I'm going to bring them back mind you I had the receipt they were and visibly not worn and the cashier who is active the desk when I purchased them heard the whole conversation but then when I went to return them He acted like he wasn't there I'm like you were a witness you saw what happened why can I exchange the shoes they hurt I don't like them what is the problem basically they suck they have the worst customer service where is training the store is always dirty it's always cluttered there's never anyone on the floor to help you you ask a question no one knows where anything is there the most laziest sales people ever
I've been shopping at Forever 21 for forever and their selections at their stores have been going downhill so I ordered online. Some of the items arrived totally fine, and then other items were a disaster. This one sweater I got smells like B. O which is so gross and should not happen when you shop online with them.
I have tried to pay off my forever 21 card and when I do they tell me it "makes it there" East coast times minutes after the deadline even though it has cleared from my bank on the west coast by the due date - they keep doing this and charging me a fee - a card that has been paid in full on the due date will literally take 2 months and over $50 in bs fees to pay off and close! I will never shop there again- when you call the customer service department is useless and unintelligible with their answers and explanations. I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business with the way they treat their customers!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM FOREVER 21. They falsely advertise their items as "unavailable", nobody bought item, nobody buys their items or clothes, and item never sell out on their website, warehouse just destroyed items. Items are available they just have a messy glitched up error outdated website. Their items never sell out, and seeing all the bad reviews they have everywhere online, of course their clothes and items NEVER sell out. They have all items available they just don't want to update their messy glitch website and warehouse just gets rid of items. They have many unsold items, none of forever 21 items sell out, warehouse just gets rid of them and they have messy crappy glitched up error website that is surely outdated and they have plenty of item inventory, warehouse just destroyed items and messed up website. And phone call representatives don't know anything and they lie and say item "unavailable".
WARNING: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT FOREVER 21. FOREVER 21 LIES AND SAYS THAT THEIR CERTAIN ITEMS AND CERTAIN CLOTHING ITEMS ARE "SOLD OUT", THAT'S OBVIOUSLY NOTHING BUT A LIE BECAUSE NOBODY BOUGHT ITEM AND NO PICTURES OF ANYBODY WEARING ITEM, AND NO REVIEWS OF ITEM AND ITEM NEVER SOLD OUT, FOREVER 21 USE FALSE ADVERTISING ON ITEMS.
And if any reviews on items, just nothing but fake phony lying reviews just written by forever 21 employees who never bought or seen item either, and bots comments, not by real actual people.
It's nothing but false advertising and a lie when forever 21 website shows certain items as "sold out", that's nothing but a lie because nobody bought items.
WRONG PRODUCT. Store ran out of item, sent a different one without asking. Hideous dress. Now wants me to spend money printing shipping labels, waiting to get money back, and doesn't have correct item anymore. Offered free shipping, when shipping was free anyway.
I now have to find a new wedding dress with only a week. I've literally spent thousands of dollars at forever 21, but when there's a problem, they do NOTHING TO HELP!
The neutral collection they offer on the page doesn't show much difference to previous collections, I feel that forever21 could offer better garments with slightly more innovative designs.
Please save yourself some frustration and avoid ordering from Forever21. First, the shipping is terribly slow. I ordered items on August 3rd and they still have not arrived. It was stuck at "in transit" status for over a week. Second, customer service is rude. One nasty young lady hung up on me while I was asking about my order. Then, she had the audacity to hang up again when I called back. Look folks, spend your money in stores that value customers enough to hire competent and professional customer service staff. In closing, Forever21 should train customer service agents on how to provide courteous support (or fire them) and this company should invest in empowering customer service agents to offer customers some sort of good will gesture when orders do not arrive within two weeks.
Great experience shopping at Forever21 online store. I ordered a pair of joggers last Saturday, package was to arrive 7 days after. But my order actually came in the next Wednesday. I was quite surprised and happy that my order came in early!
The shoes in this store have a great material and durability, also the promotions are insane and when I use a promo code the price falls considerably every pair of shoes I have are simply awesome
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
