I ordered two items online - one was a ten pack of Rite-In-The-Rain 4x6" hip pocket spiral notebooks. When my package arrived, I was disappointed to find the standard bright yellow notebooks. I meant to order the Blue covers. My mistake; I clicked on the wrong item number when I ordered. I emailed Forestry Suppliers and they sent me a return authorization for an exchange, and I returned the ones I didn't want. In a few days I received another ten notebooks, this time with the blue cover. Very fast turnaround on the exchange shipment.
Nearly perfect. There was an item on back order that I required. The item came in multiple colors, and it wasn't absolutely necessary to have the color I ordered. Perhaps someone could have contacted me and asked if an alternative was sufficient.
