I bought small narrow light forceps, but the ends did not meet correctly. I notified them, and they agreed to replace them, but that process was frustrating and did not go as I expected. I don't know how the replacements are because they haven't arrived yet.

I got the product, sure, but Forestry Suppliers knows they have a partial corner on this market and are constantly, often grossly, over-priced.
I was lucky enough to find a new Crown Canopy Densiometer online for $20, while Forestry Suppliers charges $120 dollars for the same product (which is little more than mirror with markings on it.) I understand the the low demand for specialty mensuration tools drives higher prices but if I can find better deals somewhere else, then Forestry Suppliers could make an effort to be more competitive.
