My order was processed and arrived very quickly. The thing is, your shipping costs are 1/3 of the total price. Higher than any other company I have dealt with... and it has been that way for years. Good products, good service, expensive shipping should be your motto. An oh, I have ditched Amazon and their free shipping... I cannot stand that company, so I am not a shipping snob. But... of the companies I do deal with have lower shipping costs. It feels like your shipping costs are extreme. So when I am looking for something only you have I will be back! Cheers!

We ordered knee high rubber boots and received the correct product in good condition in a timely manner. We've used these boot before and they last long and provide proper safety for our work.
I bought 3 pairs of Kinco buffalo leather gloves and a 100 glove 8 mil gloves. The Kinco gloves are the toughest gloves I have worn. They are made well and last a long time. The 8 mil gloves are thick and are good where other glove won't hold up They are comfortable and flexible enough for most jobs.
Ordering was easy. Products were easy to find. Very large sections.

I ordered a new Husqvarna 562xp mark II saw while husqvarna was running them on sale. None of my local dealers would honor the sale price Husqvarna was advertising so I ordered it off of here for the sale price and saved the money. They shipped it out promptly and had it right to my door in no time.
All is well, just these pumps are long and fragile in one direction. Would like to see them packaged a little better to ovoid damage. We had damage to this box but the pump is okay. Close call on a $600 pump

I first ordered from Forestry suppliers in 1965 as a freshman student in NYS Forestry College at Syracuse, and I still use some of that gear today. In the 60 years since then I can't remember any order from you that wasn't filled promptly, rapidly and accurately. Always good stuff and great service.
