I have never had a problem before today. I have ordered the same rods previously and they were free shipping. I then tried to put them on an order and it was charging some outrageous shipping charge for entire order. I split them off and the shipping was 1/3 the cost and free for the other because I was a member. This is very inconvenient. It should be free shipping as it was before.

Looks functional, I have not used it yet, an affordable item compared to some other traps, and being premade makes it simple.
Had an issue with delivery involving USPS. It arrived at a local USPS office and set without any notification to us. USPS then returned the package to sender. When I called Forrestry Suppliers customer service line, the product was returned and my credit card adjusted. Customer service helped me place the order again and setup a different delivery method. Order was received and all worked out.
There may have been a choice that I do not recall when ordering for delivery method. If it was not an option, I would suggest it be made one. We have endless issues with packages delivered by USPS and have completely gone away from their service.
