Products arrived as ordered. The box was packed when Styrofoam packing peanuts. I would suggest in the future using a paper based product instead of Styrofoam.

Needed a bag big enough and tuff enough for an iPad on construction site, it's pretty nice!
First of all, the back pack came in a box filled with Styrofoam peanuts. Seems a little unnecessary considering the back pack is not a fragile item. Additionally, I would not think a forresty supply company would use such Un-environmentally friendly packaging. Next, not really important but the back pack straps were not attached correctly and needed redone. I was able to figure out the correct way but some other customers may not.
There were issues with creating the shipping label, which led to delays with my order shipping. I had to reach out to customer service a week later. What ended up happening was my order was cancelled and another was created using all the same shipping information as last time. Fantastic items, however!
