Just one thing. When we look for shipping, just tell us the price of different delivery before invoicing. I live in Canada, Quebec province and the delivery cost me more than the product! I chose delivery without knowing the price and only found out once invoiced. Please provide prices before invoicing.

Just a little confusing at the end of transaction, no options for sending gift to third persons,, but not too bad all around.

Got items in good shape and as expected in a timely manner.
I do not like the peanuts for the packing. They are a huge mess. I tried the watering of them once and it made an even bigger mess.
When I was ordering, I was wishing there were better pictures of all sides of the product...I was wondering how the handle attached to the tool and wanted to know if I could order more handles for other brand tools based on how they attached. Now that I got these I know maybe I could order more of those handles for other tools.

My crew needed new respirators so I went to the Forestry Supplier site and found exactly what I needed. The price was good and I received them within days of ordering.

I ordered some landscape staples and was alerted that the number of boxes I was purchasing was more than we're currently in stock and some would be back ordered. That was acceptable so I purchased them. The back ordered quantity was shipped the next day and arrived first both were a fairly convenient delivery. The regular freight delivery was a little unclear when exactly it would be delivered but the driver called the day of actual delivery to confirm.

Found what I needed, ordered it and it arrived! The way America should work!

Thanks for the helpful videos on your website, your great lineup of products, some of which are very hard to find elsewhere, and your helpful customer service. My only challenge was navigating through your inventory using the drop down menu on the left. Some items seemed to be missing.
