My initial review: Shopping experience was good except that the item I specifically came to the site to buy was out of stock and I saw nothing indicating that until purchase time. I bought anyway, but it does make me less than happy.
Outcome: I received a telephone call the same day I wrote my review and was informed that the out of stock item is manufactured in-house and they were preparing it for me that day. My (complete) order arrived within a few days and the quality of everything looked good. The only issue was that the medium sized chainsaw gloves were too big for my hands. I spoke with customer service who checked if size small could be an option. It turned out the manufacturer doesn't sell small chainsaw gloves (hubby checked their website) but they could be special ordered through Forestry Suppliers if I bought a case of 12. I'm not likely to go that route, I'm going to see if I can make size medium work for me before doing a special order. But I appreciated the extra effort (twice) that customer service put into delivering an order that would meet my needs.

It's a bit annoying that you cannot click on to an item to open into a new window, and then when you click the back button to return to the Spring Sale items, it always goes back to the first screen.

I ordered a few supplies that were needed for my business. There were no online issues, and my delivery was actually a day early.
The soil thermometer I ordered arrived in damaged condition; it was clear this damage occurred during the package transit and was not the fault of the company. Customer service was wonderful, they quickly shipped a replacement and simply asked for some photos of the damage for their records. Usually claims like this can be a hassle with a lot of back and forth and multiple days of talking with different people, all while still not having the functioning product you needed for work. I was very grateful for this experience.

Just one thing. When we look for shipping, just tell us the price of different delivery before invoicing. I live in Canada, Quebec province and the delivery cost me more than the product! I chose delivery without knowing the price and only found out once invoiced. Please provide prices before invoicing.
