Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. The on-line ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I ordered a few pairs of sandals in different sizes. It was great to try them at home and wear around for awhile before deciding on the best ones for me. My local store accepts the returns no problems.
I was on the hunt for a certain shoe in my (large) size. The associate who assisted me when I called was very helpful because I had two reward amounts that needed to be combined and I couldn't do that on line.
