Poor customer

System deleted my coupon code. Customer service acknowledged validity of code but told me they can't do anything. What a scam!

We bought a pair of Jordan shoes on the 27th of December, 2016. On the the website it promised that it would get here in 5-7 business days. 6 days later we checked on the progress of the shoe and it said that it was preparing to ship out. However, today on January 4,2017, we checked in and found that our order had been canceled without any prior notice either via email or otherwise. When we called their customer service to ask about this incident, they replied that they were not available anymore and that was that. They did not apologize for this and there were no compensations. Furthermore, they were very rude when responding to our polite requests that they please find a way to ship us that particular pair of shoes. We were very excited when we bought the shoe and this was a huge let down for us, since we had been expecting this for a long time.

Disappointed

After leaving your location on East Broad Street in Columbus Ohio, It's very upsetting that my name was entered roll into a raffle and I was then called to my name was pulled, as I go to pick up my shoes the associate looks me and my eyes "NOPE, I only have girls names here" I thought to myself this is very unprofessional and I feel like the men there are sexiest and sell shoes on to who they want to sell them to! I'm very disappointed.

On a recent visit to the paisley store a young woman who's name was laura couldn't have been more helpful and was great at interacting with my 12 year old daughter in finding out the best trainers for her I hope this might get Laura some recognition for her exceptional skills

So I ordered a pair of kd 9s for the basketball season this year and I ordered it on a Sunday so I figured it would ship on Monday, so Monday comes nothing yet, I waited till Wednesday of that week and I called and they told me it takes 4 days to get them shipped, and I asked why and they said thats the way it's done and I asked well does that include the business days or is it 4 days to ship on top of the 5-8 days and she said no thats on top than told me to have a nice day and hung up like I didn't have anything else to ask, I should've been receiving them tomorrow (friday) or Monday but now I won't even have them until either from Tuesday to Wednesday, this is ridiculou it takes 4 days to ship, something needs to be changed but if your looking for a store like footlocker but want good online purchasing and shipping, just order from finish line or footaction or for any sneaker head like me or someone with a deeper pocket flight club

I made a purchase on 8/6 it is now 8/11. I called customer service and was told that my purchase is still being packaged. I was then told I may not get a shipment confirmation for a couple of days. I am anticipating putting on my new shoes, it is bumming me out. What are the actual shipping policies?

So i placed an order on a new pair or jordan that came out, my card was charged but no, confirmation email was sent. I gave it a few days and contacted footlocker. They told me i hd to place a new order.
Then they emailed me back again saying not to that they would make sure i got my order.
Then they emailed me saying we cant fulfill the order due to system issues or whatever
And once i asked for money back they never replied.
Its been a week now and still no reply

I bought the most amazing Timberlands over the winter, although they were a bit pricey at $220. They were definitely worth it, so comfortable relaxing and great. I bought it at the store so i dont know how good their delivery speed is but i guess it will be great. 5 stars for supreme quality.

I order some Kyrie 2's and payed 2-3 day shipping... long story short it's been 9 business days and I still have nothing. I did the customer service and waited an hour. Do not order from this site!

Awful Don't Buy Here

Hello All Please Read, Don't get bad, rude, distasteful, service like me. It started and the actual store like 1 previous review. I tried to buy my shoes at my local footlocker (witch they had) but they told me they could not honor the online price or free shipping. I went home order my shoe not to mention these was my birthday & Christmas present. So I place the order and waited. After about a week I called because I never got a tracking number or nothing. I finally get them a few days later. Wow to my amazement, the shoes was worn clearly worn. I immediately called the 800 number. They told me they can send me out a new pair once I send back the one's I had in my possession. Once they received I told them to send out the new one's. I was told that I had to reorder from online because they didn't have anymore in the warehouse, that once I order again online they was going to ship from one of their stores. It was just a trap I will explain. Well in order for me to reorder the shoes online I was told they had to put the money on a e-gift card. Today is Feb 7th 2016 I was on phone with them Feb 6st 2016 well today the 7th I go online to reorder my shoes and WOW out of stock I have called the CS 3 times and I after speaking with the CS rep trying to get a refund they tell me it's nothing they can do because they issued me a E-gift card I told them to cancel the e-gift card because their is nothing else I want from footlocker Just give me my money back and every time I got to that point they will hang up the phone. I still been trying to get my money back nowhere. I actually have the phone calls recorded. So if anyone would like to here them message me. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH FOOTLOCKER

Terrible

I ordered a pair of Jordan's on a Saturday and was expecting my shipment that following week. I got an email that following Thursday stating they couldn't verify my U. S bank card! So I asked why wasn't I notified sooner. The rep stated that's the process. I am highly upset that my son will not have his shoes. I am a frequent shopper at footlocker, Im never ordering from here ever again.

Never again!

First and last time I will be ordering from footlocker. I was so happy with the online purchases I made. I could not wait to receive them! Most of the items were Christmas gifts l. I took over an hour choosing what gifts I wanted to give my family. I even paid for express shipping just because I could not wait to get my items! When I get them I realize one item is the wrong size which I could have made an exception for but then I realized I was missing the shirt I had purchased for my brother. Footlocker did not forget to charge me of course but however they forgot to deliver it. Seriously you guys have one job! You lost a very loyal customer. I was very upset to find out that it will take 3 or more weeks for an exchange and that I will have to wait over 6 days to be refunded for an item that I NEVER received. Ridiculous customer service! They never even apologized once for this inconvenience. Hope you guys get it together!

Buyers beware!

I purchased a gift card for my grandson for Christmas. They arbitrarily cancelled my order. When I asked why, they told me they weren't allowed to tell because others may then be able to get around their credit verification system. They then asked me if I wanted to reorder. I said "Why would I?! If I didn't pass your "system" the first time, why would I the second?!" I told them they didn't pass my customer satisfaction criteria! BAD SERVICE! I'm a 63 yr old grandma with good credit! I didn't pass their credit verification for a $35! Purchase?! You'll never get my business again!

Recently purchased a pair of acg boots online and was shipped the wrong par. Because footlocker uses the stores inventory as well as the warehouse my boots were shipped from a store because the warehouse was out of stock. I called and was told that I had to return them in store because footlocker.com doesn't allow returns from stores even though they accepted the sale online. What a game. And now I'm waiting for a return slip that should have arrived 45 min ago via email. Terrible business practices.

My son was returning to the UK today. We had ordered trainers on Monday from another store to be delivered to Grapevine Mills. When we turned up last night there had been a big mix up by one of the assistants had sent out shoes back to the original store. The manager Lamar informed us what had happened spent 3 hours rectifying it keeping us informed the whole while and got my son his trainers that evening. Not once did I have to lose my temper he was just awesome. He even gave us his personal mobile number so we could keep abreast of the siutation( it turned out to be his wife's who ended up getting random strange messages from my son and I) Lamar went way above good customer service last night and I sent my son to London with a high grin on his face. Thank you Lamar

Personally av never ordered online from foot-locker but av checked the website out and its cush easy enough to find what you want. And a massive selection of trainers, even old school trainers what you cant find anywhere. I do buy from the foot-locker store I get most of my trainers from there. Sometimes the stores can be a bad head, due to staffs lack of experience, they employ to many student who dont have a clue.
