We are not club members so it was great to have this opportunity.

Went to Italy for the first time, and wanted to see a soccer match, so i bought tickets for me and my wife to see AS Roma. 3 weeks later just before we departed to Rome we got the tickets to my email box. Nice and easy...
Tickets were a bit expensive, but unlike other sites i heard of, i got the tickets right on time and every email was answered very quickly.
In total, the experience was good.
Customer Service team was very helpful, and ticket got to my hotel on time just as promised.
Will use their services again next time im in london.

I purchased four tickets for Man Utd V Fulham 9th Feb 2014. I am sorry I read any reviews about football ticket net as they all had me up the walls and was expecting the worst. I need not have worried as tickets arrived in our hotel the night before game as promised and seats were in Alex Fergusson stand. The only problem I had with ticket net was trying to get them on phone. Like a lot of businesses today email is how it is done. All emails were answered quickly. Tickets were a bit pricey but it was the only way I was going to get tickets. I would use the services of football ticket net again. Experience would have been a lot better if Man utd had won.
Ordered 3 tickets for Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace. Had no issues with this site. Tickets turned up as promised on day stated. Tickets were pricey - but expected that for Arsenal tickets.

Confirmed by phone that the order has been received and checked with the credit card company that payment has been requested
Have contacted the company by mail asking for confirmation regarding the delivery window of the tickets as I have guest travelling from other countries to attend
After initially speaking with a representative of the company I feel happy with the service so far and look forward to seeing a reply to my mail and ultimately receiving the tickets purchased on time

It is 14:22 on the 29/12/13 I am waiting for my tickets to Chelsea Liverpool that kicks off at 16:00. All the telephone numbers listed on the website are fake, and their office is confidently closed on a weekend so there is no way to enquire about where the tickets are.
I ordered a pair of tickets to a champions league match 3 weeks ago and im still waiting for them. The match is in four days and i hope i get them in time. My mail is *******@gmail.com and my order number is *******
I needed to purchase tickets for myself and three of my friends to attend two games in London and Barcelona. I did some searches on google and came across footballticketnet. Although the website did not have the best reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I gotta say that I was really really really impressed. They delivered the tickets right on time. They always picked up the phone and answered my emails whenever I had a problem. Yes they are a bit pricey but given the service they provide, it is worth it.
I bought tickets from footballticketnet.com for Tottenham vs Chelsea (Saturday 28th Sept) and all went well.
They were a lot more expensive then face value (which the website clearly states) but since its so difficult to buy tickets then I guess its to be expected.
I received a PDF of the tickets the day before the match - although they were bought in August- which caused me to worry for a while, since reviews of this website were not great. However it was all worry in vain as communication with them was great 9both by phone and email) and the tickets were genuine.
With all the scams going on, I guess it was natural to worry but footballticketnet.com are the real deal and basically since tickets are released only days before a match then all you can do is wait!
I felt I had to write a review as its so totally unfair for this website to be written off as 'unauthorized' and that they are not delivering tickets etc.
Be warned that the following websites are illegal resellers of football and Sports tickets.
They "sell" tickets for matches and games that they don't have tickets for, they take advantage of the huge demand for such tickets and charge their poor victims for prices much high than the face value, in addition they add all kind of service charges and handling fees, calculate a much higher exchange rates than the official rate and then they fail to deliver the tickets!
Not only that these fraudsters don't answer emails or their phones and never provide refunds!
They are hiding behind false names and protected domains so you cannot reach them in any way.
I personally lost 650 p and I hope that my Credit Card company would be able to charge back my money.
Just search in Google for their website name + "reviews" and see for yourself.

We were 8 persons from Denmark who was in London to watch football and Footballticketnet.com was unable to deliver the tickets to the hotel. When I called the company to figure out the problem, the staff was very rude.
After the trip, they refused to refund the whole amount but only 80 %.

First I would like to say that we are not selling illegally tickets and we have a big stock of tickets just waiting to be sold for each match we offer on our sites.
We do charge higher prices from the face value – because that is what resellers do!
We manage to get tickets for all sold out and hard to get events and resell them at market prices (according the demand of the event).
We don’t add any service charges or handling fees (unlike other site) everyone can go into our site and see for himself (we charge a booking fee of 29 Pounds or Euros for each order which includes delivery) same as the rate exchange - we charge according to the official rate exchange of the same day– actually these extra charges you have mentioned (handling fee and service fee and high rate exchanges) are charges which are used by:

*Regarding the claim that we don’t answer emails or phone calls - again another lie – we have the best customer service in the secondary market business. (Reviewers can try us any time).
*All our details are published on our site including our addresses, numbers and company name. So anyone can reach us any time anywhere. (And what a coincidence the same sites I mentioned before don’t have this information).
*Regarding your claim about losing 650 pounds - please send me (you can even publish it here on this forum). Your order number +your conformation from us + event name, category and quantities which had been ordered. I can give a guarantee that no such information will be shown because this is a fake review. (And everyone knows it).
*A really funny thing is that if you search Google with our name + reviews (as you say) – we will see in many forums the same bad review you published here. (And if you review on Google the sites I have mentioned before – there are thousands of bad reviews – so I will let the reviewers here to decide who is fake and who is genuine).
So let me tell you that all the forum managers are in contact with me regarding your fake reviews (and they are dealing with this) – and that you are doing more damage for yourselves (as already have).
