Ferns N Petals (FNP)

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 I planned a special surprise for my partner a month in advance, but just one day before the event, they called saying they couldn't deliver the guitar tunes (15–20 minutes) without any proper explanation. On top of that, I never received a refund. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Poor service, poor cake, poor flowers everything about this experience was a letdown. Feels like a complete scam.

My Order# ******* was never delivered and I am being asked to pay more money for redelivery. I paid full amount in advance and also paid extra for same day express delivery. FnP is running online scam of staling peoples money. Their customer support was of no help, after 2 weeks no redelivery or refund, they simply stole my money.

FNP - has gone to the drains and that too of human excreta hole drain. Its the third day today and had placed the order for the same day delivery 9th Feb 2026 and today is 13th Feb 2026 and the order is still not delivered nor order cancelled nor have they offered refund. You order cannot be refunded or cancelled. Have been wasting almost 2 hours daily chatting with these morons to no resolution. They only do a copy paste job. And they are so scared to talk to the customers after defaulting on ordered delivery. Please DO NOT USE FNP and go through the pain that I have gone through. Why do I suffer alone. Hahahahahahaha

I recently placed an order (Order… I recently placed an order (Order #*******) on Ferns N Petals, paying Rs. 3358 for delivery to the US. Despite providing all address proofs and following up multiple times via email and customer care, I have not received my product. My calls have been disconnected, and emails ignored. I have requested a refund or credit, but there has been no response. Very disappointed with the lack of support and resolution. I would not recommend FNP based on my experience.
