I have not use the paints I plan to tackle the project soon. I am using them to repaint for about the third or fourth time about 20 or more of those round concrete lawn barriers. I guess you would call this an art project, non-commercial use. So far, every different kind of neon or Day-Glo paint I have used has eventually faded from the sun. I don't know/won't know for months after I use them how much and how fast your paint may fade. Is there such a thing as permanent non-fading Color even outside in the sun?
