I am a customer who is remodeling two bathrooms. My daughter and I went to Floor & Decor in Katy, Texas. We were looking at products and one of your team members (Melissa) asked if she could help us. Well, we had the BEST experience with all of Melissa's help. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely organized. She helped us step by step with everything. She was a blessing to us. I am so glad to have been helped by Melissa. Next trip there I will be looking for Melissa.

My wife and I spent about 3 - 4 hours in the local store on Memorial Drive in Atlanta after a supply line burst in our home and destroyed 5 separate floors. When we walked into the store we were met by Arthur who proceeded to guide us in this overwhelming task of selecting flooring to replace all that had been damaged. He was outstanding. He had several great ideas and when we had finished, he had covered every floor we needed to repair. His knowledge and honesty about what would and would not work was impressive. While we were there we saw 2 other customers who specifically ask for Arthur to assist them as well. This tells me that he knows his stuff or repeat customers would not ask for him by name. I know that I will drive to the Memorial Drive store and ask for,,, you guessed it, Arthur, to assist my wife and I on our future design issues as well. Thank you Arthur. I purchased a 1500$ wet saw which they state has a 90 day warranty... i was unsatisfied and tried returning within a week and they refused to return... its the last time i order from them

We have been to the North Portland store twice & we live in Tigard! Both times we were asked by SEVERAL employees if we were doing ok or needed any help!:)
The store is clean & easy to get around with GREAT samples of the tiles & flooring making shopping & choosing SO MUCH EASIER! :) ARMANDO helped us last night & he was AWESOME! Helpful honest & went out of his way to help us & make shopping fun! Thanks for coming to Portland! :) Robin S

Due to supply issues, we had to purchase tile and wait 3 months for kitchen cabinets before we could install floor. We purchased tile based on the store's calculation and were 9 boxes over. We were told if we brought tile back after 90 days, we would get store credit. Well lo and behold, no store credit either. We are now stuck with 9 boxes of tile at over $3 per. Tile, and have no use for. I will never buy. Anything from this store again!

I had the pleasure of working with two wonderful and helpful customer service reps Jalin and Wince. Jalin helped me design my entire bathroom, he was so polite and so helpful even though I was so indecisive and didn't really know what I wanted. Wince was so helpful with pricing and telling me where to find things I needed, and he helped me put everything in my car.

One of of their MANAGEMENT person's with whom all he did was walk around with his phone taking pix. Actually just laughed at me, Actually speaking to me as if I was a total idiot, Please to ALL TRADESMEN and HOMEOWNERS

My father was in total dismay about this. WOW.

Materials are nothing like the samples! I waited 2 months for a sample of the Aqua guard Performance wood laminate flooring with a supposed AR5 rating and it was unscratchable with a knife. My contractor put the flooring in that Floor and Decor sent and it scratches very easily in areas that do not even have traffic. Large deep scratches that show very easily in every room. When I alerted the company that the flooring was not the same as the sample they wrote me back saying if it is already installed I am not allowed to return it for a refund. The SKU is correct so this is obviously a scam where they give you a substandard product in place of the one they sold you. Do not buy anything from this company!

Terrible customer service, Bought laminate flooring needed more to finish job it is a 1 Hour Drive to get to them, tried calling both Port St. Lucie and Pompano locations already drove to Port St. Lucie because nobody answers the phone at either site Port St. Lucie said Pompano has it they think tried calling Pompano Wala somebody answered the phone when I told him I needed to know somethings in stock they transferred me and nobody picked up no recorders no nothing excuse my English they suck go somewhere else,

The products are ok. Customer service is awful. Does not matter what day or time you call, they are always experiencing high call volume and can not take your call. And what is the point of being a "Pro" member when you get the same crap service as everyone else.

Went to Floor and Decor today and our sales person Christian assisted us with picking out our choices and grout. He was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs and provided a great experience. We will definitely be back for our next project.

Website is super slow, I tried to redeem my points never got an email. I email support, no answer. Was very rude with me when I finally got in contact with someone.

Placed and PAID for a $3,200 order for re-do of 2 baths. Contractor did pick -up of order. Was shorted a box of floor tile on pick up. Contractor did pick up and when he arrived at our home he realized he was 5 pieces short of floor tile. We called that day-- 12 times-- but no one answered. Next day, a Saturday we were able to speak to Charlie the warehouse guy. He said he would have to look at the Security tape and he'd get back to us. I suppose implying our contractor was dishonest. Its now Wens and haven't heard from a soul. Placed 17 more calls--no where. Literally no one answers the phone here. Was told that store manager would reach me. Nothing. Terrible shoddy business practices. My contractor is a decent honest guy. Who needs this aggravation Buy elsewhere.

They Didn't want to respect the warranty they tell me I have I will never go back there please don't buy there if you have a issue with the product they will not respect the warranty they gave you

I purchased 265 sq. Ft of porcelain tile, and matching grout. Two tiles broke after installation, from just being walked on. The pre colored grout containers are gallon sized, but only half full. There is a cheap sponge in the container.
I am so disappointed in the quality of the tile, and feel I've been stolen from with the grout. Will never purchase from Floor Decor and more ever again.

I was totally confused and frustrated about the purchases I needed to make for a new shower. That changed when Heather and David began to help me. They treated me like a family member, and never made me feel that I was a burden to them. They walked me through the process of getting the pieces to put the new shower together, and made the whole experience a pleasure.

We were at the I-70 location picking up supplies for a bathroom remodeling and had a few questions, Yadira was extremely helpful in picking out supplies that would match what we picked out and she offered up great advice and what products are better and why. Yadira knowledge was helpful and very much appreciated (it's extremely hard to find someone with the knowledge that Yadira has and patience). She took her time in explaining everything and why she would pick one item over another. The entire time Yadira never made us feel like she was in a rush. We can't express how much we appreciated everything Yadira did for us. You can tell she enjoys her job and is happy to be at work with a smile on her face.

Naples fl location. I rarely post a negative review. We purchased 1200 sq ft of LVP flooring over two months ago. They said it'll be ready in a week. Took 3, not necessarily there fault. Most of the time I called, I couldn't speak to anyone. I left several voicemails. No one called back till floor was in. We needed an additional 13 cases. After several attempted calls w long hold times, we drove to store. They told us that they were out and that we had to contact another store 140 miles away. They would NOT ship it to the Naples store. We purchase the cases from pompano beach, have receipt and several email confirmations. Delivery was over $200 and took a week. I said I'd pick up, they said they'd pull it and have it in back for me in two days. The floor installer drove two hours to pick it up. Spent an hour at the store and apparently they sold it and were out of stock. After waiting on hold for 63 mins, Finally associate said doesn't know how this happened, but there's 43 cases in Georgia. 450 miles away. Shipping $800. We are totally screwed out of over $1,000 and have had out hours torn apart for about three months, if it actually arrives on time. Naple and pompano beach associates didn't seem to give a damn and refused to refund shipping or any other cost. Never went thru anything like this. There stores do have a fabulous selection, but what good is that?

Went to the store in Doral with my installer to pick out the flooring I wanted and the materials needed to complete the job. Was assisted by Ms. Maryleida who when out of her way to help me with coloring and matching. She was then met by another sales person whom I believe was named Tony and together they helped me obtain and purchase what I needed. 'Tony' even spoke to my installer and gave him tips on how to proceed more efficiently.

As I sat to write this review, I perused some of the reviews and most say that my experience was totally different. I do hope that my delivery comes as scheduled and, if it does, I will give these folks a 5 Star on my next review.

After driving 45 mins each way to F&D, it was not what we expected at all. Huge warehouse with at least 12 uniformed employees just walking about looking at their phones. YES. NO one greeted us. We asked where engineered hardwood was. Guy just pointed. Had to flag someone else down to ask about ordering process. He said "call the store". Seriously? WTH? We are in the market for 3,500 sq ft of hardwood. Our old home needs new flooring in every room. We are spending in the 10s of thousands. F&D LOST MY BUSINESS. I've already gone online on Home Depot and seen waayy more colors in range I want (griege) than at F&D. Hope this warns someone.
