My experience with FlightOffice follows a bait-and-switch pricing pattern. At first, the price shown looks genuinely low. Nothing seems obviously wrong. But after you agree to proceed, you are contacted and told the fare is no longer available. You are then asked to pay extra. This isn't a misunderstanding or a one-off pricing issue. It's a deliberate strategy: attract customers with a low price, then change the conditions once you are already committed. What I'd strongly recommend if you're in the same situation Do not agree to pay extra. This is exactly what they expect. Every extra conversation just wastes your time. Do not wait hoping for a refund. Delays are part of the process. Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback for misleading pricing or a service not provided as advertised. Report the case to Google, especially if you found FlightOffice via Google Flights. Google continues to list and recommend FlightOffice even after fraud reports. In practice, Google only reacts when there are many formal complaints, not individual ones. Report it to Action Fraud. These reports are logged and monitored. One report may not trigger action, but many reports absolutely do. Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service. They pass cases on to Trading Standards, which is how real investigations start. Include Google in your reports. Make it clear that Google continues to promote this company after being notified. Platforms don't change behaviour unless there is regulatory pressure. One last thing Citizens Advice may suggest writing a formal letter to FlightOffice. Based on experience, this is unlikely to work. They ignore letters. Banks and regulators are far more effective.

Wish I had read the reviews before. Victim of the same trick this company is playing with many people. Saw a cheaper ticket price on the day I was travelling, however received a phone call telling no seats available, offered the next day ticket with an additional £100. Went along with that. However, tickets are actually way cheper on the day that has been offered. Learnt the lesson. I should have asked to cancel the transactions in the first place.

I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Serbia through FlightOffice, which I found via Google Flights. The price looked good, and I received a confirmation email shortly after payment. But the next day, I got a call from one of their agents claiming the airline had increased the fare and I needed to pay more to secure the ticket. This was never mentioned during booking. I asked to cancel the booking and get a refund. They promised it would be processed within 2–3 working days, but it's now been much longer and I've received nothing. I've followed up multiple times and keep getting vague excuses. The payment clearly went through to Travelopedia Ltd, so they definitely received it. After looking at other websites, I found many others reporting the same issues: Bait-and-switch pricing Pressure tactics over phone and WhatsApp Incorrect booking references Refunds that are delayed or never processed This company operates under multiple names and uses deceptive practices to extract more money from customers after payment. Their business model is misleading and unethical. Do not book with FlightOffice or any affiliated brand. I've reported the issue to my bank and will be escalating to Action Fraud UK. Save yourself the stress and book directly with airlines or trusted travel agencies.

Price Changed After Payment and No Refund
January 5, 2026

My experience with FlightOffice follows a bait-and-switch pricing pattern.

At first, the price shown looks genuinely low. Nothing seems obviously wrong. But after you agree to proceed, you are contacted and told the fare is no longer available. You are then asked to pay extra. This isn't a misunderstanding or a one-off pricing issue. It's a deliberate strategy: attract customers with a low price, then change the conditions once you are already committed.

What I'd strongly recommend if you're in the same situation

Do not agree to pay extra.

One last thing

Citizens Advice may suggest writing a formal letter to FlightOffice. Based on experience, this is unlikely to work. They ignore letters. Banks and regulators are far more effective.

Scammers
May 27, 2024

This company is a scam just like Holiday Globe. They use all different company names to confuse you and when you book a holiday they force you to write a good review whilst on the phone. None of these people below are yet aware that when they arrive at the airport none of their flights or hotels have been booked! They take your money, send you fake confirmation and when you arrive at airport your told there is no holiday booking! This is what happened to me booking through Holiday Globe (they also go by the name of Travelopedia LTD, holiday globe and sky blue holidays. All bunch of foreigners in different countries scamming us.

Fake, Scam!
May 11, 2024

I bought a ticket from Manchester to Lahore, found it veryy cheap. After I bought it I checked my bank account and realised that the money hadn't been taken out yet so I got a bit worried and suspicious. So I come on to this website to check reviews and the negative reviews were a 100%! Correct. I rung Flight checker to see if they would play the same act with me about "the flight is no longer available" and thats exactly what they did. I asked the person on the phone to send me a cancellation email of my flight and make sure no money will be taken, hes assured me so atleast they didnt charge me so I didnt have to go through some refund hassle. He offerred me a new flight but I cut the phone on him Pure scammers. Dont buy from here ever!

Finally booked a ticket today with The Flight Office for the first time, after previous experiences.
I'm not disappointed. A really good service actually.
I fly a regular route to the middle east every 7 or 8 weeks and I'm always looking out for the best deals on the trip. The FO came up after a search via the cheapflights aggregator. I checked the price with an online chat and asked for a cheaper one.
I was dealt with by Karry who was really good. He got me a cheaper price than what was advertised on the website and which was actually £164 less than the airlines website.
I always keep a record of the chat just in case and I always ask to confirm the held price several times. All was well.
I paid by CC and waited for the ticket to arrive.
The eTicket arrived in 4 hrs - I was a bit concerned that's why I have awarded 4/5 for the time delay. Anyways the eTicket arrived. I checked the airline booking site for the ref. It checked out. I chose my seats and entered passenger info and my FF number.
All is well.
I would definitely use The Flight Office again now and recommend. Very good service. IATA member so they are empowered to issue tickets and carry ATOL protection.

If you read this please check my other reviews on other OTAs.

**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****
November 25, 2021

An appalling experience dealing with this company. Don't use them. I bought flights to visit the Rugby World Cup almost 1 year ago. Due to Covid and the cancellation of the World Cup I applied for a refund. Although Flight office deducted a percentage and therefore I would not receive a full refund, I agreed to their terms. I have been chasing them almost on a weekly basis for the last 6 months and I have not received the refund as promised. I have given them numerous ultimatums but to no avail. I am now lodging legal proceedings against Travelopedia Ltd (Registered name, T/A Flight Office). ****I RECCOMMEND NOT TO BUY A FLIGHT FROM THEM****

A scam
October 16, 2021

As far a s i can see they offer flights at much lower prices, only to then phone you and say that the flights are actually not available due to the airline concerned not refreshing its website. Then they try to sell you another flight. At that, i told the operator i did not want to deal with her.

THIS IS A SCAM
May 25, 2021

I booked a flight to America for this Thursday and when I booked it it declined the booking and a person kept calling me to tell me that the booking needed to be transferred to another date. I received an email about the extra payment that needed to be done. I went into the site reviews and saw that most of the people that reviewed has negative feedback so that I called the airline that I was supposed to be booked in and checked if my flight was booked. They told me that my information was pending but no payment was done. I cannot express how frustrated and how much of a scam this site is. I spend most of my time talking to them by phone, they told me that they weren't located in England but in India, since at the start when I talked to them they told me they were situated here in England. The worker Mason that I was speaking to which I don't know if it's the real name, was very rude to me as I was trying to get a redound for the non existent flight tickets. They kept saying that they can't refound me for 3 hours straight until I insisted that they told me they are going to refound me in 24 hours. I am still waiting and this experience was disgusting, revolting and ubnoxiously rude. Not only the flight was fake but the agency as well in my opinion. I DO NOT RACOMAND AT ALL don't use this site

These guys are scammers.
They changed their name - their previous name was Travelopedia.
They have cancelled holidays for thousands of people and never paid back.

There is only one way to deal with them. Land that is taking them to COURT.

If possible record phone calls as they will always lie and mislead...
Keep every single email and receipt and take them to court ASAP.

Otherwise you can say bye to your money.

First Class customer ervice

Brilliant service by Flight Office.
My request was swiftly attended to in a professional manner by Ms. Stella.
She was polite, attentive, a good listener and worked swiftly on my request.
She took time to explain everything she was going to do and how it was going to be done.
She clear all my worries by explaining to me where the company sits as I asked many questions
To clarify any scam.
Within the time she stated, my e-ticket was sent to me by email.
It is highly likely that I will recommend to friends and family

Flight office
March 10, 2020

I was initially pleased with flight office. Alice was very helpful. However due to using both WhatsApp and email some confusion happened and our tickets weren't issued on the day we paid despite a WhatsApp confirmation. And the next day we were phoned and asked for more money to release the tickets. My husband eventually sorted it and we paid the agreed price. It made us feel uncomfortable. However we will try them again as they were so helpful and got us a good price for the ticket.
