I have been booking with them since 10 years now but had the worst experience ever rip off they eat your money instead of refund i had to call 100 times to ask for my refund and wanted to forward the dates in an emergency but not helpful at all they have eaten my hard earn money 650£ its a fraud usually they should charge some percentage for cancellation but they charged me the whole ticket and only refund me one ticket never ever book your tickets with them very very bad experience.

Mr Huzaifah and Mr Farooq provided me wrong information booked my flight in red list country on purpose. Please avoid this unprofessional fraud company they are scammers I have booked my flight after couple of days heard that due to COVID issues turkey is in red list and you are not allowed to travel to Saudia via Turkey I have rang to customers services and inform them the turkey is In red list they said don't worry the flight is still going I was kept ringing since two weeks everyday they said flight is confirmed when I went in airport they said the flight is not going through I have contacted to customers services they refused to accept and say it's not their fault its my fault, and now I won't get nothing no refund or flight changes then I contacted to Turkish airlines they said I should get full refund now Mr Syed Fakhar saying I'm going to get refund but he will deduct admin fee £50 this is ridiculous they ripping off what job have they done even they made my big loss PCR test parking fee hotel reservation charges I have to pay everything If they would have told me before I was able to cancel my all bookings I'm really disappointed please please don't trust on them they dont listen to you at all. Great scammers
