I luv me some flexshopper, affordable interest if u can't payoff your product in the 90 day term. I luv dealing with them, I've been a flex shopper for at least 8 years. My credit is great with them, I've always made my payments on time. They have shown there appreciation, by increasing my credit limit to $3000. 00. Thanx flexshopper, yes I definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Flexshopper was a huge help when it came to Christmas for my family. They have a wide variety of items to shop. After purchasing our items we ran into some financial difficulties but they were wonderful when it came to managing my payments. Thanks to Cynthia for her help and not making me feel embarrassed about running into our financial difficulties.

I'm now the proud owner of an a6400 camera lol. Paid my item off within 3 months, and ready for my next. Their customer service reps are so helpful and they covered all of my concerns. I'm going to be a long time customer.

Customer service could be a little bit better as far as the tone of the interaction. Overall a descent site to use to buy now pay later for items. Their payment options could be alot more flexible though.

I ordered a King Size Mattress from Walmart.com and received a box of chains instead. I called flex shopper and they jumped right on it and started investigating the matter. My rep's name was Linda and she was so helpful. I have bought several items and never had this problem. Even though my item didnt come, my customer service with flex shopper was great.

I needed to reach out to customer service regarding a bill that was past due. Not only was it less than I'd first expected, but I wasn't charged extra for it being late. The customer service worker I spoke with was Edrick and he was able to assist me quickly and in a very friendly manner.
